Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. We were upgraded to an Ocean Club Superior Room, offering direct views of the iconic Burj Al Arab. The location was exceptional—right on the beachfront and within a short walk to Summersalt. The room itself was very comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with high-quality amenities. A standout feature was the small private garden area overlooking the Burj Al Arab—something that adds a real sense of exclusivity.
What truly differentiates the Madinat Jumeirah complex is the ability to seamlessly access the facilities across all neighboring properties, including Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, and Jumeirah Al Qasr. This significantly enhances the overall experience and gives a sense of variety without ever leaving the resort.
The beach is, in my view, one of the best in Dubai—wide, clean, with excellent sand quality and consistently strong service levels. The pool at Al Naseem is also among the best in the entire stretch, both in design and atmosphere.
One experience I would strongly recommend is the traditional Abra tour through Madinat Jumeirah. It offers a unique perspective of the resort and adds a cultural dimension to the stay.
Breakfast was excellent in terms of food quality and selection—truly extensive and well-executed. If there is one minor point for improvement, it would be the outdoor breakfast setup, which could be enhanced to better match the overall standard of the hotel.
Dining is another major strength. One of the key advantages of staying within Jumeirah properties is access to a wide portfolio of high-quality restaurants. With the half-board package, this becomes particularly attractive from a value perspective—you effectively dine at some of Dubai’s top restaurants at a significantly reduced cost. We chose French Riviera for dinner, and as expected, it did not disappoint.
Overall, Jumeirah Al Naseem delivers a well-rounded, high-quality experience—combining location, service, and access to an exceptional ecosystem of facilities. It remains one of the strongest staycation options in Dubai.

I was really so grateful to Hanna, Turkan and Badar aswell as the lovely Hamad on the front desk who were all really kind and go above and beyond to help.
The beach staff who looked after us are so great… a special mention to Sojib, Bala, Augusto,Nico and Hanif who are the best and in the F&B beach Raja, Bala and Christy all were all as wonderful. All these men work so hard and are so professional running around all day helping all the guests. The food at the beach is always delicious.
In Rockfish the staff are as equally as amazing and worked so hard every day we were there… a special mention to Joana and Yasin who are excellent.
In the lobby restaurant Kharisma is just lovely and was super kind and the ladies in the club lounge Marli, Sushmita and Sala all work so hard to look after their guests. Everyone one does in the hotel. It’s a very special place.
