We had a fantastic time. The hotel was great and the staff were so nice and friendly. mithlesh , Hasibel and Noyon were so attentive. We wanted for nothing. I wld deff recommend the hotel for a great stay.

He was ever so helpful, and I immediately felt at ease and safe as i'm a solo female traveller. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff always busy cleaning, obviously taking pride in the hotel. A massive thank you to ronit in the dining room, always found time to chat to me, and on the last night, arranged a cake for me. He really went the extra mile. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for luxury and peace, but not too far for a change of pace. I will definitely be back next year, I've found my heaven on earth. We stayed here for 1 week ..The hotel is very nice and would recommend. However a few issues ..Quite often at the pool they had run out of water and as temperatures were 40 degrees plus I found this not really acceptable.. Also at the pool bar on one occasion we were ridiculed for ordering a soft drink over alcohol...The buffet was great as was… Read more
