But the real kicker is that they double charged me and owe me about $3,000. I’ve been trying to get it refunded from them for months and now having to work with my bank. It’s been a mess and I regret ever staying here.

I especially want to thank Rania Chamoun, the Property Manager. She was such a joy, so professional, so warm, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable. You don’t come across that level of care very often, and we truly appreciated everything she did for us.
The resort itself is beautifully kept, the facilities are top notch, and every staff member we met was kind and attentive. We left with the loveliest memories and are already looking forward to coming back.
