Half Board Plus option: is the same as Half Board, with the addition of two soft drinks or house beverages (beer or wine) during meal times.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on a dine-around basis at the following restaurants; Maiora (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner), Revo Café (breakfast, lunch and dinner), 

All Inclusive Dine Around option: includes Maiora (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Including soft drinks and alcoholic drinks – house beverages: beer wine, spirits), Revo Café (breakfast, lunch and dinner with a 3-course set menu. Including soft drinks and alcoholic drinks – house beverage: beer wine, spirits), Seven Sports Bar (snacks, including soft drinks and alcoholic drinks – house beverages: beer wine, spirits. Only applicable from 12:00pm - 5:30pm), View 180 (dinner, from 6:00pm – 02:00am). 

Guests on All inclusive Dine Around also have the option to utilise the restaurants at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel as follows: Great British Restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Dukes Bar (light bites), Khyber (dinner).

Alcohol consumption timings are 12:00pm – 11:00pm in all outlets.

Premium Rooms have city views and 1 king-size bed, or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Premium Seaview Rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Family Rooms with Balcony have 1 king-size bed, or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

One Bedroom Sea View Suites with Balcony have separate lounge and dining areas, 1 king-size bed, and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Two Connecting Superior Rooms with Balcony are two interconnecting rooms, one room features 1 king-sized bed, the other twin beds, each have their own bathroom. Sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Family Sea View Suites are interconnecting rooms, between One Bedroom Sea View Suite and Premium Sea View Room, with a central living area. Sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

NH Collection Premium Lounge

Available exclusively for guests staying in Premium Club Sea View Rooms, One Bedroom Club Sea View Suites and Superior One Bedroom Seaview Apartment, the Premium Lounge offers a selection of complimentary food and beverages such as tea/coffee, soft drinks, and snacks operating hours 9:00am–9:00pm.

And from 4:00pm–6:00pm there will be evening drinks and canapés served in REVO Café, which will include a selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, cheeses, fruits, and desserts. The drinks menu includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time yesterday in the room 580, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we handed over our car to the valet parking staff and proceeded to check in and drop off our belongings. Later, when we came back down to go out for dinner, our car was returned to us with a serious issue — the brakes were not working. When we raised the issue with the staff, their response was shockingly indifferent. They simply told us to contact the police, without offering any assistance, apology, or attempt to take responsibility for what had happened under their care. Even when the supposed supervisor got involved, their presence made no difference at all. From our understanding, guest satisfaction and comfort should be top priorities in any hotel, but unfortunately, we experienced the complete opposite here. Even if they were unable to resolve the issue immediately, the least they could have done was show some empathy and professionalism, especially since the damage occurred while the car was in their custody. To make matters worse, we decided to check out immediately, yet no one followed up with us, apologized, or showed any concern whatsoever. This was a very poor experience, and we will definitely not be returning. A hotel that does not value its guests or take responsibility for such serious incidents is not one we can recommend. Not a good experience with this hotel. Had an issue checking in on arrival, hotel said were were not due until 2 days later. We provided our paperwork which had the correct dates of arrival and departure, the admitted it was their error and finally gave us our room. My key card didn’t work on the room number I was given, had to go back to reception and they had written the wrong number. On check in I was asked for a credit card, I don’t have one so used my debit card where they took £308 from my account. This should not have been taken, but just held in pending. The hotel assured me I would get the refund on checking out. 7 days later when checking out I was told the refund would take up to 27 days. It has now been 36 days, multiple emails later I have still not received my refund. I have have asked for the mangers details so I can escalate as a complaint, but the details Have not been proved and the response I keep getting back is it is with the finance team. I have give the hotel plenty of opportunities to get the issue sorted but they have not given me my refund. I also found the food options very limited. The pool and beach area don’t have anywhere enough space/beds for the amount of people staying at the hotel. You need to be up early to secure a bed and we wasn’t there at a busy time either. They are offering better vouchers, better price for higher value experience than yours what I paid compared to what I received as a overall experience was not balanced and was not OK definitely not coming back. Didn’t stay in the hotel but we visited the 7 sports bar and had excellent service from Khamis. Food and drinks were amazing! Would definitely recommend.
