Back again and didn’t disappoint

We just love this place and we have tried others on the island, but will keep returning here. It’s a small ( but not clicky) resort. Nothing is too much trouble by the staff. A special thanks the most amazing Diane and her staff on reception- on hand to help with anything and everything to make your stay special. Kerwin and Avenash in the restaurants and bar especially really look after you. ALL the staff give impeccable service and really get to know you and pay attention to your drinks/table preferences etc. There is a real personal touch. The resort itself is so clean and the beach quiet enough to relax. We loved our Oceanside room, beautiful rooms, recently decorated with great sea views with direct beach access and not noisy etc. This is a special place and we will without doubt return again. Don’t believe the negative reviews!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Lafayette in Mauritius and I’d strongly encourage anyone to look past the occasional negative reviews. You simply can’t please everyone all of the time, but what this hotel consistently gets right is delivering a genuinely relaxed, stress-free and welcoming experience. Like any hotel, small issues can occasionally happen in any given year but they are far outweighed by how well everything is managed and the outstanding attitude of the staff. Read the majority of reviews and walk past the odd negative issue as this place is incredible. From the moment you arrive, there’s a calm, friendly energy throughout the hotel that makes it feel easy to switch off and enjoy your stay. What really stands out is the service. The team seem to genuinely care about making your visit memorable, whether it’s remembering your drinks in the restaurant, keeping everything running smoothly around the pool, or always greeting you with a smile. It creates a really personal feel that you don’t often get in larger city hotels. A few people in particular made our stay exceptional: - Ayesha (needs an immediate promotion as she was a beautiful human being) and NishTa in the restaurant who were consistently warm and welcoming every time we came in. The food was fresh, well presented, and their attention to detail made every meal feel special. - Temmy on guest services was one of the most positive, loveable, happy and helpful people I’ve ever met. Always smiling and always willing to help. A great tip we were given was that trips and excursions booked through the hotel are often 40–50% cheaper than booking through holiday companies, which made a big difference to our plans. - Matthew in housekeeping did a brilliant job. Our room was spotless every single day, the minibar was regularly topped up, and he even took the time to check everything was okay with us during our stay. - Finally, Diane, the hotel manager, clearly sets the tone for the whole operation. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, including helping make my wife’s birthday feel really special and memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you can see her leadership reflected in the entire team. Her leadership is key to running such a successful and wonderful hotel. In summary, if you’re looking for a relaxed, stress-free hotel with a personal touch and genuinely caring staff, the Radisson Blu Lafayette is a superb choice. We would happily return.❤️ Read less

We had a wonderful experience at the spa at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing massage. The therapists were very friendly, professional, and attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages, and the experience was incredibly relaxing. The therapists adjusted the treatment exactly to my preferences, which made it even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Amedi, Anushka, Henisha, and Ourvashi for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We truly appreciated their care and dedication. I’m really disappointed in this resort the location there is nothing near by, the hotel itself is fine apart from having damaged furniture which I ended up going home with a broken arm after a chair broke when I used it. The food is ok if you like fish overall a really disappointing experience especially when this was booked for a honeymoon and the hotel made no effort to make our experience unforgettable. Although other honeymooners was getting the whole experience we was offered nothing not even at extra cost. Read less
