All sea oriented with balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen satellite TV, kettle and tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. Tamassa Rooms with 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child/teen.

Board basis options

Half Board option: includes breakfast and dinner at Show. For guests booked in Tamassa Rooms, get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner. Discount applicable on food only

Full Board option: includes breakfast at Show, lunch and dinner at either Show or Playa. For guests booked in Tamassa Rooms, get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner. Discount applicable on food only. At B Bar food only is included in the meal plan basis

Superior Rooms are set within the resorts gardens and have 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Superior Rooms sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 teen or 1 child or 1 baby.

Beach Rooms have beachfront access, iHome radio with USB music dock, and coffee plunger, with 1 queen-size bed plus rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child/teen.

Tamassa Family Room feature bunk beds and a miniature bathroom, suitable for kids, sleeping 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children or 2 children and 1 baby.

Family Suites are interconnecting, with 1 king-size bed, plus bunk beds in a separate, small air-conditioned room with its own toilet, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 teens or 2 children.

Show Restaurant (open kitchen and buffet breakfasts and dinners). Playa Restaurant (à la carte lunch and dinner on the beach). B-Bar (all-day poolside drinks and lunches, with TV screen), Burger Truck (lunchtime burgers and snacks) and ice cream parlour (open during lunchtimes).

Jalsa resort nightclub - the very first to open in the South of the island (open Wed, Sat. Opening days/hours are subject to change). Outdoor cinema (twice per week, weather permitting, available only at Studio 17 teen club).

We originally booked Tamassa for just a month to escape the heat in the UAE, but we ended up staying for 3.5 months — that should say it all! We loved it so much we kept extending our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. The resort is beautiful — the three pools, the beach, the ocean views — it all created such a peaceful atmosphere. We never got bored either. There were always activities, and the whole place felt spacious and relaxing. But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Huge thanks to Mr. Nishad and Siven for going the extra mile for us — but honestly, every team member made us feel at home. Our room was comfy, clean, and just a few steps from the beach. Room service was fast, and the laundry package was a game-changer for a long family stay — always back in 24 hours, which made life easier! Food-wise, there was a great mix — local dishes, Indian food, international options, and fun themed nights. The burger truck was a hit too. A big shout-out to Pravesh, Altaf, Yuvina, Jaya, Jenna, and the amazing chefs like Suraj, Kunal, Edihne, Eugene, Babita, Roshni, and Nasheen. My son really connected with them — they made his days special. We also enjoyed the activities: glass-bottom boat rides, kayaking, paddle boats, gym sessions, tennis, badminton, and even bowling. And a massive plus for us: the Tam Tam Kids Club. The staff there are creative, caring, and always kept our son happy and safe. He had the best time, and we made some unforgettable memories. Thank you to everyone at Tamassa for such a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone, especially if you're planning a longer family getaway. Read less

We were on our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better. The hotel was so kind to let check-in almost 4 hours before regular time and that really helped after a long flight. We were on our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better. The hotel was so kind to let check-in almost 4 hours before regular time and that really helped after a long flight. There was some problems with our room at the start, but a quick call to the reception and it was fixed in under 30 minutes. Great atmosphere and welcoming staff all the way around from the show restaurant to Playa. The complimented with a full days honeymoon activities and that really melted our hearts. The rooms were cleaned accordingly and very fast. There are only a few things I would change. 1) All-inclusive guest get a wristband or such when getting food from the food truck or drinks at the bar. The amount of recipes we had to sign was pretty much. Understandably if you get something off the all inclusive list. That would be cool. Especially at the bar where a lot of drinks weren’t included, maybe charge for the water sport activities and open op for more options. There were a lot of non-guest in some periods and the sometimes occupied a lot of space especially in the bar. That could sometimes change our plans and go to the room instead of. The minibar could be stocked with more variety or more products. A special shoutout to Aanish and Yanish from the playa restaurant, they were so welcoming every time we came around and made sure our lunch and diner dates were excellent. The reception were really good at making sure request were met and if you needed a taxi, it were in a couple of minutes. From the bottom of our heart. Thank you to all staff members and Tamassa for making this an unforgettable trip and we will surely visit again. PS: we still want to know the work with the different colour uniforms the staff use. The food was excellent, with a variety of options that pleased both adults and kids. The restaurant team was very thoughtful in helping us with kid-friendly choices, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed, safe, and comfortable – exactly what we needed for a family trip.
