My girlfriend and I spent a few wonderfully relaxing nights at The Ritz‑Carlton, JBR, and even with lower occupancy due to the current regional situation, the experience was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean‑view room overlooking the lush gardens and sea, a peaceful oasis hidden among the JBR/Marina high‑rises. The resort’s grounds are expansive, immaculate, and give the whole stay a genuine resort feel. Most facilities were open, and the service was top‑tier as always with Ritz‑Carlton. My girlfriend loved her spa massage and a personal tennis lesson arranged at short notice. I booked several personal training sessions with Sudesh, the in‑house fitness manager — highly recommended for anyone wanting a great workout. What truly makes this property shine is the warm, genuine staff. Huge thanks to Robert (Front Office), Merhenaz, Sudesh, Palitha, and Pratibha from the gym and spa for making our stay memorable. The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai (Marina area) is a absolutely great place to stay. Its located in a good area and the hotel offers a big list of activities and possibilities. The food in the restaurants is very delicious. The garden of the hotel is very neat and beatiful, the Pool area is great, the hotel is directly connected to the beach. I really liked to go in the Spa and in the gym inside of the hotel. The people around are very friendly and always take care of you! Special thanks to the yoga & meditation teacher Pratibha who inspired me to find back to meditation! We came to the ritz Carlton a couple of days before the current situation in the country started. We had a lovely couple of day. Although our trip was not as we expected the staff at the ritz Carlton were amazing and made every effort to keep us safe and to make sure we were at ease. We had our two young children with us, which meant being confined in the hotel got them bored very easily. The Chef Surinder and Gauarv made special food for our children. One of which has allergies and the other who prefers authentic Indian food. The food was delicious and the children loved it very much. Hiara was an absolute gem with the children and they loved to see her everyday. She was so kind and attentive to the children and played with them. Albert and Silvester were amazing also, they made sure we were comfortable at very stage. Also very happy to answer any question or request that we had and also keeping up updated on the situation. I cannot thank all the staff at the Ritz Carlton enough. I really hope this situation is resolved soon so everyone can visit this amazing hotel. Another wonderful stay! This was our third stay at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai JBR and it continues to be our favourite hotel in Dubai. We travelled as a family of four and the team were, as always, outstanding — friendly, professional and always going the extra mile. The food is excellent, the kids’ club is fantastic, and the whole atmosphere is perfect for families. During our stay we needed to change rooms and the General Manager couldn’t have been more helpful, arranging everything quickly and kindly with no fuss at all.
