The Royal — central to the myth of Atlantis — Atlantean-themed murals, décor and mosaics abound, it is here that the lost city comes to life! The Royal rooms features French balconies with terrace, harbour or water views. 1,083 rooms and 118 suites on 24 floors, all with air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, WiFi access, alarm clock, tea/coffee makers, safe, hairdryer, mini-fridge*, iron and ironing board, and bathroom amenities.

Terrace View Rooms offer inland views of the complex and resort, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 people.

Everything was to my expectations except there is NO recognition of being a Bon Voy Elite which was the major reason why I stayed at this hotel.

At lot of the attractions were closed. The rooms were large and clean but a little dated. The food was good but extremely expensive/over-priced and a lot of the restaurants were closed.

Incredibly tired and worn down. Clearly no money put into updating any of the common areas. Sliding glass door was very difficult to open. Had to call to have fixed. No shampoo or soap in room when arrived

My wife and I stayed in the Atlantis Royal tower in October 2025 for a 4-day vacation. The entire resort is decorated like an earthquake just hit the island of Atlantis; it was so well done and well landscaped. Our room was very clean and the staff accommodating. One of the beaches was closed due to rough seas, but we walked down to a more protected cove. The marine life was amazing, we walked through tunnels with fish swimming above us, checked out the stingray pools, the turtles, and the sawfish sharks. While not massive, the casino was smokefree and had a variety of games. The food is expensive; however, all the “free” water slides, pools and fish lagoons made up for it. For off resort activities we went to the Straw Market, Goldies Fish Fry, and walked Anthony's Seafood and Ribs for dinner. Read less
