Vakaru is a unique island brimming with charm and character. The dense foliage and island interiors feature a strong original ecological style, which I totally fell in love with.
The service is incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We were looked after by Chinese-speaking host Tina. She is dedicated and responsible, always responding promptly and arranging everything perfectly for us. Chef Made at the Japanese restaurant is witty and humorous — everyone adores him! The staff at Splash and the snorkeling guides are highly professional, patient and warm-hearted, delivering us a flawless snorkeling experience.
The Beach Pool Villa is absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful rest here with stunning views everywhere. The housekeeping team works diligently each day, keeping the room spotlessly clean.
All the staff members are fantastic. This island is definitely on our list for a return visit! Farewell!

The staff at every activity center diving, tennis, snorkeling, and watersports genuinely seemed eager to help and truly wanted us to enjoy every moment. The food was absolutely delicious. The grilled Vakku and roasted beef are definite must-tries, the culinary team, they were unbelievably good!
I was also pleasantly surprised to find authentic Maldivian cuisine available at the breakfast restaurant. They even had Thai omelets, the service which felt almost magical!
Special thanks to Shiyax for always checking on us and other guests around at the restaurants and for being so engaging and kind. chef Octa, our butler, and the watersports team were all very professional. We truly appreciate your genuine and warm hospitality.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained thanks to our house attendant. The overall level of service was excellent, and we had a truly pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again.
