Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach. Distance from Miami International Airport: 11 miles. The driving distance and time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 20-30 minutes by car.

City View Rooms are 550 - 700 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View One-Bedroom suite with balcony. 950 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Complimentary access to the Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The fully electric Audi e-tron house car is available from 9am-9pm on a first come first serve basis and will take you within 3-mile radius.
Valet parking $30 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Service is just… a mess now. Like, who y’all hiring these days? Anybody off the street? Because it sure feels like it. I get it — food takes time, fine. But waiting an hour just for a waitress to even show up, when the beach is basically empty? That makes zero sense.
And attitude? Don’t even get me started. Nobody smiling, nobody being nice. Just “what you want?”, “that it?”, “you done?” — like I’m bothering them or something. Like they working here for free and I’m the problem.
And then at the end — this really got me — asking for a review. Seriously? Begging for it. “Please write my name, Banina, I need it for my boss.” That’s not my job.
Look, y’all used to be better. Way better. This right here? Not it.

Memorable, most delicious, dining experience

What a night!!!!! We are at Aviv last year, and couldn’t wait to travel back to Miami to enjoy it again. 100% perfect from start to finish. Reid was so attentive, and helpful. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to dine at Aviv n next time that we are in town.
