Where is it

Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach. Distance from Miami International Airport: 11 miles. The driving distance and time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 20-30 minutes by car.

Hotel information

All rooms come with HEPA air filters, WiFi, LCD TV, Keetsa mattress, filtered tap water, Nespresso machine, soft cotton robes, cotton slippers, separate rain shower and bath, Bamford bath products. 

City View Rooms are 550 - 700 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View Two Kings with balcony. 650 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View One-Bedroom suite with balcony. 950 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary access to the Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The fully electric Audi e-tron house car is available from 9am-9pm on a first come first serve basis and will take you within 3-mile radius. 

Valet parking $30 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Habitat - (breakfast daily 7am - 11.30am, a la carte menu daily until 11:00am. Lunch daily 12pm - 2pm. Dinner Sun - Thur  6pm - 10pm, Fri – Sat  6pm -11pm). Plnthouse (plant-based cuisine and locally sourced organic fare). Neighbors (on the go). The Sandbox (located on the 3rd floor next to the pool). Drift Bar and Lounge (open 12pm - late night)

4 Swimming pools including a rooftop pool, located 18 stories above the beach (closed between Aug 20th - Sept 19th). Seedlings Kids Club*. Complimentary bikes. Gym.

This hotel has a resort fee of $55 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

“The rooftop at 1 Hotel Miami is absolutely stunning. Beyond the breathtaking views and sophisticated atmosphere, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the hospitality.
