Where is it

Across the road from Miami Beach and within easy reach of boutiques, malls, restaurants and nightlife. Miami Beach Golf Club is 2.2 miles away, and there’s bowling and tennis all within a couple of miles. South Beach, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road are also a short drive away. Transfer time from Miami International airport: 25 minutes.

150 rooms and suites on 7 floors. All with floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, 32” flatscreen TV with Netflix and cable channels, telephone, mini-fridge*, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Guest Rooms are 335 sq ft and have city views and 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Guest Rooms Balcony are 335 sq ft and have city views from the private balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean View Rooms are 335 sq ft and have views of the ocean, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean View Deluxe Rooms are as above but with a private balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Ocean View Suites are 451 sq ft and have a large living area, a private balcony, and 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Valet parking $42 for standard vehicles, or $50 for oversized vehicles, both plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

We traveled to Miami Beach for a wedding in early March (2026) and while we weren't part of a secured room block, per se, the bulk of the out of town guests stayed at this hotel. I am therefore not alone when I state that this was one of the WORST hotel experience's my husband and I have ever had in our 49 years of extensive business and vacation travel around the world. The hotel lacks basic amenities like a closet or any drawers. The TV connection was 'out' more than it was working, the A/C was non-existent in the hallways which were dank and dirty (and in our room), the housekeeping was available only upon request but not disclosed to guests upon check-in. While I tried to resolve this situation by initially speaking to the hotel clerk - a pleasant young woman but one who lacked any decision making authority and also by contacting the Operations Manager of the property - who never responded to my two emails, I find myself without a satisfactory resolution. My hope is that any traveler seriously consider another hotel option when visiting Miami Beach. This hotel does not live up to the Marriott 'brand' standards that I've come to know. Read less

I've stayed here multiple times, and every time each staff member makes it amazing! Alejandro at the front desk made sure I had a room ready upon arrival, and Juan at the inside bar, Gin and Collins, makes great drinks and is enthusiastic about making sure guests have an excellent experience. The location is perfect-steps from Edition and Faena and anywhere else is a quick ride away. The front desk is always accommodating for any additional requests, such as extra towels from housekeeping. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and value on a Miami Beach vacation! Read less
