We’ve stayed at some beautiful resorts over the years, but our stay at Alila Seminyak was genuinely something special. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. Easy check-in, welcoming drinks, cold washers, and the kind of warm hospitality that immediately makes you exhale and switch into holiday mode. Our room was breathtaking — overlooking two infinity pools and Seminyak Beach — and arriving to a beautifully cool room after the Bali heat was such a thoughtful touch. The resort itself is stunning, but honestly, it’s the staff who make this place what it is. So many team members remembered our names, our food and drink orders, and spoke to us like old friends rather than guests. That level of service is rare. The spa was incredible. I had three treatments during our stay (because apparently restraint isn’t part of my wellness journey 😂), with the full body scrub and body mask being my absolute favourite. And the food… honestly exceptional. From the buffet breakfast, pool bar and room service through to dinner at Seasalt — everything was consistently amazing. Also, the wine selection was such a pleasant surprise. A massive shout out to Ayu at Seasalt who treated us like family from day one. We’ll absolutely be back — and now I’m already looking forward to experiencing Alila Villas Uluwatu too. Read less

We just came back form a way too short of a stay at this magic place in Bali. We have stayed at many resorts and villas and this was a standout! Views, staff, food and location were first class. Go and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.

The entire staff from management to the daily workers is great. It's what keeps me coming back. BEST adult infinity pool with ocean views and amazing sunsets, two restaurants, great menus, staff and food quality. Spa has great atmoshphere and staff. One of my favorite Hyatt properties. Great location on the beach!
