Where is it

At the secluded north end of Chaweng Beach, perhaps the most beautiful in Koh Samui. The bustling resort centre of Chaweng is a short walk away. Transfer time from Samui International Airport: 10 minutes.

Location ok - luckily a 7-11 pretty much next door. Family rooms poor - zero space for kids clothes etc. Initial room balcony looked straight into people dining at Prego restaurant 🙄 2nd room given looked straight over walkway. Hardly ‘Garden View’. Main road through resort was zero problem and staff stopped traffic very quickly. Breakfast nice -… Read more

Pool nice but unfortunately the European 5am towels on sun bed attitude had reached Samui. I did complain and apparently they had a policy to remove used towels or beds that hadn’t been occupied for 30m but that wasn’t enforced. Lots of very loud families shouting a lot of the time so definitely not peaceful. Beach ok - pretty busy and again, sun loungers got taken (and often then never used) early. F&B expensive but plenty of nearby places to eat & drink. Overall a 6/10 Read less

Made a reservation, not first time there, last time told me not to book with kids so the price won’t jump because kids stay free there and so I did but when I arrived they didn’t have babies bed and offered me to let a one year old to sleep in a mattress on the floor.

We stayed in the Gardens with a pool view, the room was very spacious and kept super clean. Breakfast was buffet style, the choice was vast , catering for every taste . We used the beach front pool , which was brilliant . The pool location to the beach was perfect, 3 strides and your on the lovely Cheweng beach "this was the icing on the cake for us". The hotel location is perfect, out of the front entrance, turn left, walk 5mins and your into the area where all the restaurants and bars are . I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so memorable. We have now found our perfect hotel in Thailand ... We will definitely be back next year. Nick and Jo Read less
