The hotel

Set right on the sands and boardwalk of Miami Beach, the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club blends laid-back seaside style with the city’s iconic Art Deco heritage. Guestrooms are cool and contemporary in soft whites, greys and navy tones, with subtle nods to the hotel’s 1940s roots, with many offering ocean or bay views to wake up to.

Angelo and Kirby were so nice and attentive at the pool- such a great environment! The concierge desk was also very accommodating during our stay!

Room was very comfortable with nice views of beach and pools. Good location with nice swimming pools and beach On site restaurant and beach bar cafe - but priced ridiculously expensive to us. Ocean drive only a short ride away and worth a visit. Hotel more suited to families

My son‘s Gucci watch was stolen on the 18th of May and I promptly reported it to security. As I was leaving at 6 am the following morning I didn’t have much time to follow up, however I was reassured that you were contact me by email. It has now been three days and I have not heard a word of your hotel. This experience has left me feeling really distressed and ruined what should’ve been a very special occasion for my son‘s 21st birthday. On the day it was stolen I could t leave the hotel for my final night in Miami as I was so upset and had to deal with security. It ruined my stay. The watch was left on the side when we went out and when we came back it had gone. The beds were made so obviously the maid had been in. It was only the maid that could’ve taken it. It was a diamond Gucci watch in silver. Not only expensive but sentimental. My 14 year-old son failed to tell me that he had taken it off otherwise I would’ve placed it in the safe however my valuables should’ve been safe regardless and I want to know what is being done about it. Furthermore the maid never brushed the floor once in four days which I wasn’t to bothered and wouldn’t have reported her but the stealing of the watch is absolutely disgusting and I’ve heard nothing. No apology. No reassurance it is being dealt with. Nothing. Read less
