Located 50 nautrical miles south of Malé International Airport in the pristine waters of Vaavu Atoll (east side of the Atoll). 90 minutes by speedboat or 25 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

Superior Beach Lofts are 79sqm and offer stunning views of the Indian Ocean with a separate rainfall shower and bath amenities with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Option to interconnect with Beach Bungalows (ground floor).
Board basis options
Standard All Inclusive package: includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at VAH Global Dining. Selection of local snacks served between 10:30am-11:30am, 4:00pm-5:00pm. Unlimited regular house brands from a selection of spirits and wines (served by the glass only). Unlimited cocktails and mocktails from a select menu. Selection of draught beer. Selection of carbonated soft drinks, canned fruit juice, mineralised water plus teas and coffees. Access to gym, billiard, snooker, beach volleyball, badminton, futsal and table tennis (equipment included).
Virgin All Inclusive package: all inclusions of the standard package plus international premium brand spirits and wines, fresh juice, milk shakes, one seafood grill or steak dinner served at the table one time per stay in the VAH Global Dining, one excursion (once per stay), and In room full mini-bar service (soft drinks and beer) replenished once per day.

Premium All Inclusive package: all inclusions of the standard package plus welcome bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. In room full mini-bar service stocked with beer, soft drinks and selection of snacks (replenished once per day). Premium international brand spirits, wines and cocktails. Unlimited fresh juice and milk shakes. Two complimentary excursions from a selected list - per person per stay (weather permitting). Invitation to two special themed party events organised by the resort. One special dinner on the beach with the option of a mixed seafood grill or steak. Signature 60-minute Balinese spa treatment at Mandara Spa once every 5 night stay. Turndown service every night (on request).

Shamveel was a standout in the restaurant along with head chef. Made us sourdough each day on request. We travelled to The Maldives for the first time in April and can stay it certainly didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional with their friendliness and hospitality. We stayed in one of the water bungalows and it blew us away. The resort was spotlessly clean, the amenities brilliant and the staff were second to none. The food in the restaurant was amazing and catered for all tastes, can honestly say we didn't have a bad meal once. We had a massage at the spa which was brilliant and ate at the Marlin Restaurant one night - and the food was to die for ! This holiday had everything we were hoping for, from seeing dolphins and pilot whales to sunset fishing, and even swimming with stingrays on the sandback cruise. I want to say a special thank you to our favourite cocktail maker Malithi Pabasara - who not only created some of the best cocktails I've ever tasted, but also showed us both warmth and friendship during our stay and made our holiday that extra bit special. There is honestly nothing I can find fault in with this resort and I look forward to returning next year. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday truly one to remember for ever.

Our stay at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives was honestly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless — the views, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were exactly what you hope for when coming to the Maldives.
The island itself is stunning, with crystal-clear water, beautiful villas, and a really peaceful vibe. Whether it was relaxing on the beach, enjoying the pool, or just taking in the scenery, it felt like a proper escape.
The food was also a highlight — plenty of variety and consistently good quality throughout our stay.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. A special mention has to go to Ali, one of the waiters, who did an amazing job looking after us. He was always attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s people like him that really elevate the whole experience.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Cinnamon Velifushi to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-looked-after Maldives getaway.
