Let me start with the highlights. The staff were friendly and interested in making our time there receive the maximum of care and fund. This is a group of very hard-working people, and I commend them. They are the backbone of this establishment. In addition, we had several food highlights. The Mexican food was extraordinary. That is the main reason why we came to Dreams! In addition, bars, and specialty shops, such as the coffee shop, were dependable as far as Quality. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize some of the staff members who made our stay special. We had cappuccino every morning that was expertly prepared by Sergio, or Checo, as we finally called him. He always took the time to have conversation with us to inquire about how our stay was going. Anel in the preferred memories bar, always had a pleasant disposition as she engaged us with kind back and forth conversation. She made us look forward to being in the bar! Oh, and great martinis with a side of humor, Hiuberto! Juan in the French restaurant was one of many servers who provided a professional and caring dedication to our needs. He was adapt in handling conversations in English, Spanish, and a French that matched my limited knowledge of that language. Additional mention for proficient service is reserved for Shantall and Giovanni. In the buffet, we were greeted by Magdalena and who remembered our names and continued conversations from the previous day. So lovely and friendly! Sorry for the seaweed. Out of your control. We went for a wedding and enjoyed everything about our trip. We did have a preferred club room and enjoyed many of the perks including the club. The staff in the club were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large and very clean. We also rented a pool cabana 2 days and it worked out perfectly for us, although a bit expensive. I am not a person that can sit in the sun and the cabana helped tremendously. Our waiters (Israel, Ivan and Pedro) both days were amazing, attentive and so friendly. They were very accommodating to all that joined us at the pool. The wedding was a joyous occasion and was our main focus which we thought was beautiful and the staff very attentive, however we did enjoy many aspects of the resort and was a very memorable trip! Lovely and luxurious hotel. Great for families and for special occasions (weddings!). Felt like a king for a week and I have never before experienced the type of all-inclusive vacation offered here. Excellent food, too. My favourite was the mexican cuisine at the El Patio; thanks to host Michelle, her friendly staff, and the excellent chefs!

As a family of 12, with 2 babies, 2 young children and 8 adults, Dreams checked all the boxes to make our one week stay memorable and we would certainly consider returning.
