252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower, and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Board basis options

Breakfast included: includes breakfast at Spectrum.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and lunch or dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet only) at Spectrum restaurant. Alternatively, instead of the buffet for lunch and dinner, guests can have the option of AED 50 dine around credit per adult, per meal, per day. This credit can be used at one of the signature à la carte restaurants: Gioia Italian Restaurant, Kiyi Turkish Restaurant. Unlimited service of selected alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, available during meals and at designated hotel bars (according to each outlet operational hours). A list of beverage selections will be available at designated bars and restaurants.

Please note: a 5-night minimum stay is required for All Inclusive. Room service, mini-bar and ice cream are not included in the All Inclusive package.

Room upgrades

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We have been to Fairmont Ajman a few times now and it’s great every time! The hotel itself is unreal and the pool/beach area is amazing. The entertainer haha habashi is amazing! He is great with the whole family especially the kids. I had a birthday here this year and they went above and beyond to make it special!

And another member of staff who stood out was Rihiddi and all of the team in the pool bar who couldn’t have done any more for us, always had our favourite drink delivered to the table when ever we sat down and just overall made the experience lovely!! the pool was very inviting and nice to have a break from the intense heat and cool down with a swim and also very handy that you could grab a drink too whilst in there. The proffesionalism of the staff here was exceptional after 1 or 2 days of being there they knew our room number, knew our names and also our favourite drinks and recognised us which made the experience feel much more personal. Room Now as there was 3 of us and they knew we were coming i would have expected the extra bed to be in the room, but it wasn't.... for a 5* resort they wheeled in a rubbish roll away bed that looked like it had seen better days. The room was lovely though, but now small! The plug for the iron in the room had half of it missing and was very dangerous. This was brought up to management but it seemed like they were not interested! Due to us complaining we were upgraded to a suite which was so much better Food As this is a key part to any hotel I was devastated as the food was just awful! They only catered for the Russians. When you say this to reception they say they are not, but the food options state otherwise! Due to the food they gave us 100 Dirhams instead of 50 off each meal... now these were in the 2 al last catre resturants... the food in the Turkish restaurant don't bother, it is gross! And they are just smoking shisha everywhere, so how are you supposed to enjoy food with children??! The Italian is ok, but we also learnt that they will make you things that are not on the menu! Staff Some of the staff in the hotel are rude, I have never been to such a place where the staff don't smile or even greet you! Some of the wait staff were great 😊 Entertainment There isn't any! We did notice one day sat by the pool that they did joga and aqua fit, but guess what.... it's all in Russian! (Still have the opinion that they are catering for everyone!!) Hotel free shuttle This is a great idea, you get 2 trips to Dubai mall, but in reality you only need to go once. Beach Some days it was dirty, snorkeling is a no go due to how dirty it is. People smoke everywhere, even thou the hotel staff say it's not allowed... maybe try inforceing it then Pool The pool isn't heated, but in August it's not needed in the heat! However be careful as several tiles are missing and you can cut your feet if your not careful! This was raised to management but again it appears to have fallen on deaf ears! Coffee bar in lobby As an all inclusive hotel, if you want a coffee or a snack (that when we booked was told was included) you had to pay for 2 horrible boats in sea These looked like trawlers, but appears to keep coming closer to the shore, they were an eyesore for the whole trip! Would i stay here again.... absolutely not! This hotel and the area is just full of Russians and theybdo not water for anyone else Its a shame because the hotel rooms are really nice and the weather is even better! Read less

My daughter and I have just returned from Fairmont Ajman - we had a superb holiday! Fairmont Ajman, it is absolutely superb, the rooms are spacious and sumptuously decorated with huge a bathroom including: bathtub, shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, wash handbasin, with plenty of towels robes and slippers. The rooms is serviced daily and immaculately by prompt and keen to please chambermaids. In the hotel the communal areas, pool, beach area and restaurants were tastefully decorated and well appointed. The private beach ha padded loungers and plenty parasols. Moreover, it is the staff who make this hotel outstanding. From the reception team and the concierge team, who were polite and obliging. The pool bar staff, who were young Indian men who were swift and smiley. The animation team, especially the two young women stretching/ aqua aerobics and yoga instructors, who provided high quality classes, fabulously fun aqua aerobics and calming sundown yoga on the helipad, the instructors were very welcoming and keen to provide quality animation experiences. The restaurant front of house team, especially Rachel and Elisabeth, who were very attentive and kind. The restaurant bar staff were slick, especially the young man who knew our order and unbidden would provide drinks and replenish readily. The restaurant has a phenomenal team of chefs with plentiful freshly cooked food which offered good range of choices. The chef, Praveesh deserves a particular thanks as I have complex dietary requirements, and he and his colleagues went above and beyond to ensure my needs were catered for. The food they made for me was absolutely delicious! Fairmont Ajman staff are very welcoming, highly professional and go over and above to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
