All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Room upgrades

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Ajman. The location and atmosphere were excellent, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very good, well-maintained, and comfortable, while cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. The overall value and amenities were very good, and the noise level was well-managed, allowing for a peaceful experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional service across the hotel. A special thank you to Tushar, Shimrei, and Babitha from Gioia Restaurant for their excellent service—they were attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly memorable. The lifeguards were also very pleasant, adding to the safe and welcoming beach experience. One of the most unique and uplifting touches was the daily messages written on the beach, such as “Keep believing” and “Stay strong.” This thoughtful gesture added a special charm to our stay and helped maintain a positive spirit, especially during uncertain times. I have recently started going to the gym at the Fairmont in Ajman. When you walk in the door, Simo is there to greet you with a great big smile! He is energetic and always happy! He offers gentle guidance when your using the weights of your not using them correctly to make sure of no injuries. He suggests the right weights that are required to make a better workout. I see him helping everyone that is in the gym. Simo is supportive and very knowledgeable in the fitness world. Everything is clean, tidy and very organized.
