The pros: great location and we liked the beach access amenities via the Sagamore (though you definitely pay for it in the resort fee). Nice staff and we didn't have any sound issues (staying on the second floor, probably mid-building facing the side street). The cons: The room (standard two queen) was small, like NYC small. And the bathroom setup… Read more

Dirty. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. And what in the world is with the pool and this death trap of a light… The carpet is unbelievably out dated and worn. It’s just gross. Not handicap accessible, forget it, don’t even try this hotel. Icing on the cake, staff was rude. Read less

In addition to that the decor at the bar and the pool area are completely different than what is shown from online. The room, the carpets are stained with ‘white stuff’ and we complained to change to a different room and this room has ‘brown stains’. The hallways are dirty looking, the headboard is chipped. Overall a dirty hotel. We are only staying one night-Thank God but it is a dirty looking establishment. Needs cleaning and new carpets. If you are looking for the HILTON quality, this is not it. Best hotel in Miami Beach, by far! Old school feel with updated style. Ray checked me in early and was great to work with! We love this hotel.
