We commend the Exec Lounge staff, namely April, Sain, EiEi, Ellen and Enzo for their professionalism; all the Concierge staff, especially Parvin and Temi; the Beach lifeguards, particularly Sohail; May in 6th floor housekeeping.
The Front office management team is exceptional,very guest focused and very willing to assist with any guest issues. Particular mention for Pooja, Cherelyn and Karim who ensured our holiday was fantastic.
We look forward to our next visit, sooner rather than later, when the new look hotel will once again 'wow' us and make our vacation memorable.

My wife and I had our first ever visit to Dubai. We chose to stay at The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach. The location suited us. The room we had (406) had great views including the biggest Ferris Wheel. The staff were excellent, always doing everything with a smile. The only downside was the hotel was going through a large renovation, which meant the pool area and part of the beach area were closed off. This meant getting a sunbed was nearly impossible unless you wanted to get up early, also we had the noise and dust from the construction which just took away having a relaxing day, either by the pool or on the beach.Also, the buffet was a little bit restrictive, something my wife found difficult with because she is recovering throat cancer. But the staff worked hard to make sure she could eat something. All in all, the hotel was great and Dubai is a vibrant place to visit. I just wish we had known about the building work beforehand.
