Upgrade to an Executive Walk View or Executive Sea View Room on the top 3 floors of the main building and enjoy the Executive Lounge including complimentary WiFi access, private check-in/check-out, complimentary daily breakfast with hot and cold buffet items, all-day refreshments and nibbles plus pre-dinner drinks and a selection of hot and cold appetisers from 6:00pm–8:00pm. Finally I found some time during my current US trip to write this overdue review of our February visit to Hilton Jumeirah Beach. I’m a regular (normally twice a year) guest at this 10 storey hotel (aka Tower A) which I prefer instead of its adjacent much taller sister hotel „Hilton Jumeirah The Walk“ (aka Tower B), because of its direct private beach access. Last summer the hotel was closed for round about 3 month due to a major renovation and extensive restructering of its garden and pool area. In my view this measure was a complete success. Not only that lobby and check-in area shine in new bright colors, but an additional new „adults only“ pool with own surrounding sunbed area was built. This generated more space for sunbeds, and together with the strict „no reservation“ policy eased significantly the sometimes a bit crowdy situation at pool and private beach on weekends. However, even more than these innovations the hotels great staff must be praised. Of course I’m a known guest, but it is definitve not standard that Front Office Manager Pooja Mallya waited already for my arrival and checked me in herself. All staff people are continously more than friendly and try to make a difference for their customers. Obviously a principle established through leadership by example from the very top management. This is my opinion because I had the opportunity to meet the new Hilton Area General Manager Nader Halim, right after he took over responsibilty for this hotel in February; an impressive, customer oriented personality with attention to details! He can be proud especially of the Executive Lounge Team under Supervisor April. Whenever we visited the Lounge for a drink, coffee or snack April, Ellen, Erika, Ruslan, Sain and in particular Ei-Ei made us really feel at home. They always went the extra mile beyond their normal duties to keep us satisfied. A service hardly to top! Chapeau! Summary: Once again a great stay in a renewed and even improved hotel with great staff. Despite the current regional turmoil I‘ve booked already the next stay and shall return hopefully coming November. Read less

It was a great experience; the hotel was beautiful before. But now, after the renovation, it's noticeably prettier, cleaner, and has excellent service. Food also great. We were very pleased, especially with the staff Jael and Nesi. Jael u are the best !!!! Thank u a lot

Wow ,what an experience ,Hilton JBR was so good.the staff were so kind and caring, the rooms were perfect and clean the breakfast so amazing.celebrating my birthday from their, I can say it was the best birthday ever. Thanks a lot and surely will return.

Really enjoyed breakfast here! The food was delicious, the coffee was great, and the service was friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere and good value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a great breakfast spot.
