Great venue with extra activities on the site. The staff was nice and professional. All amenities were top notch. Plenty of parking available.

Customer service (front desk) was not knowledgeable and not helpful. Rate does not reflect the value of the hotel because it is quite dated especially the bathroom, hallway, elevators, etc.

Fun stay with golf, meals, games like table tennis and tasty meals in the restaurant. Close to everything Monterey peninsula has to offer.

Good location. A nice property overlooking beautiful golf course, but the bed was rock hard. Too many families with small children making excessive noise after 11pm and before 7am led to sleepless night and early checkout.

As a non-golfer, this was a so-so experience. I had to rent a car, but everything was fairly close--a 5-7 minute drive to attractions. The grounds are beautiful, but the building/rooms need updating. As a non-golfer, this was a so-so experience. I had to rent a car, but everything was fairly close--a 5-7 minute drive to attractions. The grounds are beautiful, but the building/rooms need updating. I was really surprised I could hear people walking above me, like an older apartment! I was also not aware there isn't an elevator in each building, which made it difficult with a large suitcase and elder in tow. Staff was friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. Overall, the staff seem eager to please--except, maybe not one very slow waitress. Restaurant food is just so-so, but there are great restaurants close by. It would be nice to have a shuttle to some of the major tourist attractions. Read less
