You get them from a vending machine that scans your room key, apparently has the ability to know how many towels you remove, but then does not know when you put them back in the "always open" return door when you put them back. Came home to a $100 charge on my final invoice. Had to call and get a refund, without issue, but the whole charge to begin with is ridiculous. Don't want to waste time after my trip disputing erroneous charges.

Location was great, but the pool was way too small. Breakfast for $50 per person was also ridiculous, in my opinion. Bell desk / valet workers were amazing though!

A very pleasant stay. In general, the staff was polite and attentive. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Would stay again.

Location can't be beat! The hotel is right across from a beautiful beach, the Duke statue and the banyan tree. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Elevators were a little backed up given the size of the resort, but we managed fine. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and towels were available for checkout (free).
