Executive Rooms are located on the 15th floor and above with balconies offering views across the ocean, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

We recently returned to Le Méridien for our second stay, spending three nights from 16–19 March 2026. Our previous visit was in 2022, and it was a pleasant surprise to be checked in again by Tonie, who had also assisted us during our earlier stay. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our visit even more special. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Diaaa, who was always friendly and happy to chat. Vansh from housekeeping stood out for his helpfulness and positive attitude. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of. My 10-year-old daughter had a fantastic time at the kids’ club. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep children entertained. Hari, in particular, was wonderful with the kids and impressively remembered most of their names within a day or two. The team at Views restaurant truly pampered guests. They regularly checked in with us during meals to ensure everything was perfect. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of options suitable for all age groups. Thank you to Ayu and Joey for taking such good care of us. A special thanks to Chef Mohammad Murshid Ali, who went out of his way to make our experience memorable. He often surprised us with special desserts like brownies with ice cream, which were a real treat. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable holiday and are already looking forward to returning soon. Very bad hotel , I have booking for EID vacation since 4 months ago , Suddenly they cancelled my booking however I paid 4 months back because they want to sell the rooms with the current High Rate , they destroyed my vacation ,Shame on this hotel management

Calls are not answered, and even when I ask the operator to request a callback and leave my contact details, nobody calls back. This level of service is unacceptable. The refurbished hotel is beautiful. But we love everything about the Le Meridien. It is the perfect family stay with a beautiful beach, The calamari at Gonu restaurant is the best in the UAE, and the Italian is excellent at Sapore. Especially the salad and the pizzas. Facilities for the kids are endless, kid club, mini golf, table tennis, volleyball, badminton and a brilliant pool. The dive centre is also excellent and one of our party did the bubble experience for their 11 year old. What make it totally worth it are the staff. So many people welcome us back like we have never left, Murthu and Joey at the door, Rosie and Hozny and Tonie at the desk, senior Managers, Sreekanth Diaa and Bini always there in the Lobby, The FB team at every restaurant, Mai in the lounge, Kiran, Ahmed Jose, Chumi, Joey, Raj Abhishek, Chit and Niroshan. . Varun at the spa was excellent, book early it’s alway full. Thomas at the beach and his team are also just brilliant. Jeanette, thanks for alway being so kind and Lastly Zee the new General Manger, sorry for all the names I have forgotten to add, Thank you Al Aqua team for always making our stay so perfect and leaving us with the feeling we are family. .
