The hotel

An oasis of stylish energy and tranquility, One&Only The Palm is a luxurious addition to Palm Island's impressive portfolio. Blending Moorish and Andalusian architecture with contemporary, chic interiors, guest rooms are divided between the manor house and beachfront mansions, boasting every home comfort you can think of, including luxury marble bathrooms and a private balcony or garden patio. As well as lazing on your own private stretch of beach in oversized day beds, you can splash about to your heart’s content in the 850 sq m swimming pool or indulge in water sports galore at its sister hotel One&Only Royal Mirage. There are also several world-class golf courses a short drive away as well as Atlantis Aquaventure, Dubai’s most popular water park. For sheer relaxation, head to the Guerlain Spa, a tranquil retreat set amidst ponds, fountains and open courtyards. The health conscious will appreciate a state-of-the-art fitness centre, tennis court as well as an adult-only pool. To ensure that your family enjoys its stay at One&Only The Palm there is a kid’s programme that is designed to help keep your children entertained, allowing you to make the most of the resort’s many wonderful facilities. Dining is another huge treat with three superb restaurants to choose from, all under the expert guidance of three Michelin star chef Yannick Alléno. ZEST is the main restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows and a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the pool and gardens whilst STAY by Yannick Alléno showcases traditional cooking methods reinterpreted in a contemporary way. Feast on tapas and Mediterranean-style dishes at 101 Dining Lounge and Bar, a hip and happening dining lounge with sweeping views of the Dubai’s skyline and a DJ playing lounge music most evenings.

Overlooking its own private beach on the peninsula of Palm Island, amidst lush manicured gardens, fountains and pools. Eight world-class PGA 18-hole golf courses are minutes away. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Within the Manor House: Palm Manor House Premier Room features 65–80 sq m with private balcony or garden patio, 1 king-size bed or twin-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Half Board includes:starter, main, dessert per person at ZEST and 101 Dining Lounge. 25% discount on the food bill on evening dinner at OORM restaurants including Olives, Tagine, Beach Bar & Grill, The Rotisserie, Eauzone, Drift, Celebrities and Tresind restaurants.


Beachfront Premier Room features 65-80 sq m, steps from the beach with private balcony or beachfront garden patio and 1 king-size bed or twin beds, most with sea views, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Beachfront Junior Suite features 100 sq m, steps from the beach with integrated living area, private balcony or beachfront garden patio and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Beachfront Junior Suite with pool as before but with private 20 sq m swimming pool, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Beachfront Executive Suite features 130 sq m with integrated lounge/dining area, private balcony or beachfront garden patio and grand master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Beachfront Executive Suite with Pool with private 20 sq m swimming pool, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Beachfront Villas feature 325 sq m, open-plan living space with bar and dining area connected to private service kitchenette, 2 master bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite dressing rooms and bathrooms, private swimming pool and shaded outdoor seating/dining area, sleeping maximum 4-6 adults and 2 children (up 11.99 years old).

Please note: Beachfront Junior Suite and Beachfront Executive Suite with pools are not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for over 11 years and don’t stay anywhere else in Dubai ! I’ve worked in hospitality in my business for 38 years and visited hundreds of hotels both professionally and for leisure so have a good eye for what’s expected of a 5 star hotel and this one exceeds at every level . From the UK there is no valid travel insurance at the moment due to the conflict . So we took out medical insurance locally for £60 for two weeks and we are aged 63 & 68. Yes it’s a bit quieter but it’s actually nicer for being so and everything else is no different to any other time we’ve been . The O & O is THE best hotel in Dubai without question, it’s low rise and only 95 rooms so the lovely staff know everyone and their preferences, it’s immaculately clean with great food, which makes for a perfect trip each time. Every detail feels intentional — from the elegant villas and landscaping to the staff uniforms, styling, scent, music, and even the placement of objects throughout the resort. The photos genuinely do not do it justice. There is such a calm, peaceful, and inspiring energy throughout the property. A special thank you to Delhi for such a warm welcome, as well as the wonderful teams at Market 101 and breakfast service. The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated the experience was the kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth of every single staff member we encountered. Everyone made us feel so cared for. Beach boys work carefully, and the waiters are also extremely polite.. but the service is sooo long, despite the lack of occupancy of the hotel.. and as for customer orientation - zero! the most important thing to note: after the night I woke up from a severe bite - I see all my legs are bitten to the bumps, they itch- I drank an antihistamine, applied a drying gel.. but as soon as the effect of the pill ended, my whole body began to itch several times more... the hotel only said that the staff would check... every time there were no cups or spoons after cleaning..- they didn't wash it, they just took it away.. each time it took a long time to wait... they asked for an iron- they brought one that wasn't working - they also waited a long time, the second one took even longer... first they came and took the one that wasn't working, and then they just went for another... and it's funny: the hair dryer is in the bathroom, but you can't get to the outlet under the mirror - you had to lie down by the bed, without a mirror... and you can list such little things for a long time ... everything you report about such nuances is answered very politely, but as if it doesn't really concern them.. the feeling that you are absolutely not being heard, and as if you are completely indifferent.... And most importantly, the vacation is spoiled by bites the most - the feeling is not the same at all.. On the contrary, I wanted to recharge my batteries and relax.. Read less

This was our fourth stay here, which probably says everything, and somehow it still feels just as special every time. We already know that we will be back again. We love the brand, every experience has been consistently excellent. It is also such an easy trip for some winter sun - Dubai is always a joy to visit. Warm, lots of things to do / places to eat and offers a relaxing environment where you can properly switch off. The spa has recently been redone and it is beautiful. Calm, elegant and genuinely relaxing. My treatments were so luxurious - a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast became something we looked forward to every morning thanks to Santos. He remembered every detail and brought such a natural warmth that made each day start on a high. The food throughout the hotel is impeccable, consistently high quality with real care in every dish. The service is just as impressive, nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done with ease and sincerity. A special mention to Forever, who was our host and really looked after us throughout our stay. Our room was stunning - comfortable, stylish and somewhere you actually look forward to returning to at the end of the day. There is a reason we keep coming back. It just gets it right every time.
