The staff was extremely friendly during our week in Maui. During our stay, Risteta took excellent care of our room … she made us feel like we were her only guests. The property is in a great location for activities and Whalers Village for shopping, restaurants, and spirits.

Total Scam- I am unhappy about being charged an additional 600 in resort fees, when there is small pool, no gym, no beach chairs (only available for rent). When I asked what the mandatory resort fee covers I was told tea and internet. How is this even legal?

Beautiful hotel right on the sand! Great food and very friendly staff. Our housekeeper Lyn on Floor 4 in the Papaku building was so kind and helpful. She did a great job servicing our room throughout our 1 week stay and greeted us by our first and last names too! Thank you!

We had a great experience with our room housekeeper Marivic. We were located on the third floor with an ocean view and every day she would have a smile on her face, leave inspiring messages on our pillow along with chocolates. She did an excellent job cleaning our room daily, making the bed and remembering to leave extra Keurig k cups, towels and washcloths at our request. The Outrigger should commend her efforts going above and beyond to make guests experience memorable. Read less

Love the location. Wasn’t a fan of the small bathroom, seemed every time you moved in there you were hitting the toilet. We had an awesome maid, Marivic. She did an excellent job and was very friendly.
