Food and drinks were great, so was our spa experience. Le Labo toiletries in our room was an unexpected perk. The main pool is great, not too loud. Unfortunately, we did not spend much time at the beach, due to there being large amounts of sargassum. That said, the staff was constantly working to clean it up and doing all they could to try and make it nice.

A heartfelt thank you to Roger, our concierge, who checked in with us daily and made sure anything we needed was promptly taken care of. On his days off, Bramdon, our longtime favorite pool attendant turned fantastic concierge, continued that same level of exceptional care!
At the Barefoot Grill, Ruben is truly the BEST! Every day we enjoyed fantastic lunches and even afternoon snacks! Thank you for always going above and beyond!! Juan Mora also took wonderful care of us during the Tuna Lunch, at Oceana, and at the Rock Lobster Dinner, so delicious and thank you!!
I also have to recognize my favorite staff in the Lobby Bar, Carmen during the day and Jessica at night. You both have been wonderful to us since our first visit to Maroma! You make every visit a joy!!
Poolside service was outstanding as well, we were never without a drink (or water!) thanks to Alberto and Balbina, who took such great care of us.
At breakfast, Alejandro was always happy to see us and made even breakfast lots of fun!!
Evenings were just as memorable, with amazing dinners each night. One of my favorites is always Himitsu, where Jesus prepared absolutely delicious sushi.
