Where is it

Located on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, 700 metres from Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark, and a 20-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and guests are entitled to choose either lunch or dinner on a daily basis when staying on Half Board. Dine-around concept is available in 6 selected outlets mentioned below. On 31 Dec Half Board will be available for lunch only.

We booked a full sea view room at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for a special birthday occasion and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room we received was supposed to have a full sea view, but the view was mostly blocked by trees!! which completely ruined the experience we planned for the day, especially since we wanted to create content and celebrate properly. The service was honestly below expectations for a five-star hotel. In particular, a staff member named Theyder was very unprofessional in the way the situation was handled. There was no proper solution, no understanding, and no effort made to improve our stay. For a luxury hotel, I expected much better customer care and professionalism. Sadly, this was not the experience we paid for, and I left feeling very unhappy and disappointed with the overall stay. Read less

After I insisted on a proper check, it turned out to be 37.7–38°C. This is not a swimming pool — it is a hot bath. Considering how many families with children stay at this hotel, such water temperature is not only uncomfortable but potentially unsafe, especially in Dubai heat.
