Fantastic resort with excellent facilities. The food offering was exceptional in all restaurants we tried. The staff at Moana, in particular Asha and Umesh were wonderful. Very attentive without being over the top. Lovely, spacious rooms and a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Our Best Dubai Stay Yet – Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai

This was our seventh time visiting Dubai, and honestly, Sofitel Dubai, The Palm made it the best one yet. From the moment we arrived, we just felt at home, the hotel is beautiful, elegant, and the location couldn’t be better. There’s something about the atmosphere here that’s both relaxing and welcoming, just what we needed for a family getaway. We decided to treat ourselves and upgraded to the Signature Palm Suite. Wow—what a fantastic decision! The suite was spacious and stylish, and it suited our family perfectly. My husband, my daughter, and I had all the space we could want, with a real sense of luxury but still so comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness really stood out with the housekeeping team ensuring our room was spotless every day! Thank you! The staff are truly what sets this hotel apart. I must give a huge thank you to Omar and the wonderful butler team for looking after us so well. They genuinely cared about our comfort and went out of their way to anticipate anything we might need. Tharushi at the Premier Lounge deserves a special mention, she really made our holiday feel extra special. On our last day, she went all out, making sure our drinks were always topped up, decorating our table with such care, and surprising us with a gorgeous chocolate display. It was the little thoughtful touches and her kindness that made us feel so valued. We stayed on a half board basis, which turned out to be perfect for us. We loved the food, especially the Steakhouse (delicious!), followed by the Asian restaurant, and then the Italian. We skipped the fish restaurant since our daughter isn’t into seafood, but the buffet was great too, with loads of variety every day. Every part of our stay showed how much the team cares about their guests. From the tranquil suite and beautiful surroundings to the warm, personalised service, Sofitel the Palm has set a new standard for us. I can’t recommend it enough, especially for families looking for a truly memorable and luxurious Dubai experience. Read less
