Where is it

Located on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, 700 metres from Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark, and a 20-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

This hotel was stunning. From the moment I stopped in Maisha on the reception was so warm and friendly, making sure I was looked after and it made a huge difference especially being my first ever solo trip! The room was incredible for a classic room it looked like a suite! The bed is so comfortable,the radio was playing low which made a feeling of fullness not a silent cold room and the slipers and gown was laid on the bed. such beautiful touches, with intentionality. The breakfast was one of the best especially for lactose intolerant people, there was so many different vegan cheeses that the chef brought out for me and the alternative miks like oatmilk were readily available, usually you have to ask! The hotel was always shiny and clean. The pool view is incredible and the sandy beach has plenty of loungers with the best view of the dubai skyline! I enjoyed every minute! The beach has has its own starbucks! There was the most gorgeous bohemian chic style beach club with day beds and loungers and open in the evening! Also its the end of the Palm so its more peaceful and quiet, Careem (uber) is around 20 mins to most popular locations like marina or the mall! I felt VERY safe and would stay. here again. One of the days I was walking out exploring and I actually came back to just enjoy the big tv and bed and relax to. watch a movie! The room service is also available all the time! We stayed at this hotel from Wednesday to Friday last week, and based on what we were told over the phone, we expected to enjoy all the facilities. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Most of the amenities were closed, including the water park and the lagoon, with only a couple of restaurants available. This was very disappointing, as these facilities were a major reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was below expectations, and there was a strange smell in the restaurant — you could even smell it on the plates and cups. The outdoor areas were also not well maintained or clean. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were kind and friendly throughout. Overall, the experience did not match what was promised, and we left quite disappointed. Read less
