On the western tip of Jamaica in Negril, across the road from Bloody Bay, a 2-mile stretch of white-sand beach. Transfer time from Montego Bay Airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

I had heard so much about Sunset prior to my arrival and so my expectations were pretty high. I was looking for a quiet week in a beautiful setting with good food. I wanted more of a Jamaican vibe than you’ll find at a huge resort, but still wanted the amenities of a nice AI. They really delivered. The beach is beautiful and quiet, the resort itself is designed so tastefully, the botanical garden surroundings are incredible. And by far the best food I’ve had at a resort. But honestly, the staff deserves all the credit for making the Sunset the best place to stay in Negril. They make sure you feel 100% taken care of from the moment you arrive. And a special shout out to my wonderful personal concierge, Toni-Shay….thanks again 🙂

Excellent surroundings, beautiful gardens, lovely accomodation and friendly helpfull staff. This is one of a very small number of places i would happily return to. The resort was never crowded or noisy. It was always clean, the food was plentiful and of high qualty.

The rooms were adequate and clean. We hope to be able to return for another wonderful holiday, thank you Sunset and all the staff.

Third time back. Our arrival was barely 2 months after that tragic hurricane. We were. welcome back With enthusiasm. All infrastructure were working perfectly, and the conditions at the resort were excellent. The beach across the street was as we remembered it and an excellent amenity.

This was our 2nd stay at SATP, and it won’t be our last. We enjoyed the quiet, laid back atmosphere and the beautiful beach. The food was good and the staff was great. If you want a relaxing vacation, we highly recommend. If you are looking for a wild party atmosphere, then look somewhere else. Either way, enjoy Jamaica!
