I'd rather they charge me more per night than constantly insulting us at every turn. To spend over $1000/night and then get charged $30 for an umbrella is ridiculous.
The service at the restaurant by the lobby was terrible. Completely ignored most of the night. Our food order at the beach had only half of the items. 20 min before the waitress came around, we told her about the food missing and it took another 30 minutes to get it. We went to the pool at 4pm and the person setting up the chairs wouldn't set ours up cause she was "in clean up mode" because her shift was over at 5.
Just not worth it. You can spend almost the same money and stay at The Ritz Carlton nearby with exceptional service.

Amazing resort!

We were invited to an event here in April 2026. The room was beautiful with a view of the gulf and long white beach. The food was very good and the poolside service was excellent.
I would return here again and again.
