The hotel

In an incredible location, Towers Rotana offers a wonderfully friendly base from which to explore your exciting surrounds. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms spacious and well equipped with all the home-from-home comforts you’d expect. The beach is only a hop and a skip away but a lovely place to while away an hour or two is the hotel’s own rooftop swimming pool (located on the hotels annex building), admiring views of Jumeirah Boulevard in-between dips. The food is good in the buffet resturant - Flavours on Two, although I would say the lunch is better than dinner. The pool bar al a carte dinner at night is really good. the Longs bar is okay but it wasn't our fravouite. Read less

The food caters for all world regions with dozens of options through the salad bar and warm meals. Only the 0.00001% of the fussiest eaters could ever find fault. Breakfast can get busy but not a problem. Pool area is also beautiful, brilliant staff (Tom/Mohammed/Godbless…sorry I can’t recall them all) all led by Ali to the highest of customer standards and service. As is the norm along this particular street all pools appear to be cleverly located on site on an adjacent hotel building. Metro Location is 100m from entrance to the which is a must in the scorching heat. Narayam who served us most of the week in restaurant is also a very professional and attentive person. A very high standard all round, clearly a very well Managed hotel with incredible staff. Read less
