The reception staff were all excellent, especially Daryl and Christine, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel pool is very nice, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the Financial Centre metro station.
The only part that felt average was the nightclub, which wasn’t as impressive as the rest of the hotel’s services. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Towers Rotana.

I’ve stayed a week at this hotel and it was a great experience, all staff from the reception to the janitors and cleaning guys were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the food and breakfast was nice and I’ll stay another time surely. And also the location is perfect,, very close to metro and getting taxi was completely easy as well .

We've been to Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Ras several times and stayed I some lovely hotels. So for my first time as a solo traveller I decided to take a punt on Towers Rotana
Sure it's not the best hotel in UAE, it doesn't claim to be but it's clean, comfortable, inexpensive and well placed. The metro is literally a 2 minutes walk away, it's near malls and attractions £12 will get you there by taxi from DBX
It's best feature is definitely the staff ,they are polite respectful and very friendly and helpful
I don't want to single anyone out as that would be unfair
The all inclusive is limited but well cooked and tasty
Dessert is underwhelming
One small suggestion, not for management or staff, but for guests,. Please smile, say please and thank you and maybe even give a small tip now and then, because remember without them your holiday would be crap!
