The hotel

In an incredible location, Towers Rotana offers a wonderfully friendly base from which to explore your exciting surrounds. This is my first time staying in this hotel and I loved how nice the receptionist and staff were. I think the front desk lady's name is Rubie and she has been very kind, even upgrading our room. The housekeeping staff is also friendly and patient every time we ask for something. Will definitely come again!
