We had such a pleasant weekend at the hotel everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by Anish and Gwen, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their kindness really set the tone for the whole experience. Our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking both the pool and the sea. Waking up to such a stunning panorama was truly special, especially with the breathtaking views of Coin de Mire and Île Ronde. It was also my mother’s birthday during our stay, and the team truly made it special for her. Their thoughtful attention and little touches meant a lot to us and made the celebration even more memorable. We had dinner at the beach restaurant, and both the service and the atmosphere were fantastic. The team was friendly and made the evening even more enjoyable. We also had a massage at the spa, and it was absolutely perfect way to end our weekend in the hotel. The therapists were very kind, and the massage was very relaxing, exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Read less

There are so many to mention but a special shout out to Toulisa and Eysha(hope I got that right) she is the chef in the little cabin by the pool. We used the spa and I had a wonderful Mauritian massage(75mins) of pure indulgence. We have already recommended this place to family who have now booked And we hope to be back soon As a side I would pay that little bit extra to have a superior room rather than comfort. But that’s me being picky… Read less

If you like cocktails then Pawan at the bar is your man- genuinely makes the best cocktails ive ever had. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! What a fabulous stay at Veranda Paul et Virginie Grand Gaube ,Mauritius. This is a small romantic adults only hotel . From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff are really friendly and did everything they could to make our stay feel special. The hotel is small and did not feel at all crowded, there were always plenty of spaces around the pool and on the beach , it never felt crowded . Very often only several other couples on the beach, certainly felt very private and exclusive . The room was as requested overlooking the sea and was very clean and spacious, shower worked well and maids did a fabulous job every day cleaning g the room and even offered a room refresh every night. The restaurant was lovely with a wide choice of food each night, we were all inclusive and felt it well worth it with drinks all throughout the day and snacks etc. All the staff were so friendly from the bar staff, restaurant waiters and front of house, entertainment staff and housekeeping all going the extra mile for you. There was nightly entertainment which was good also We did a couple of trips out and the hotel staff were very happy to arrange taxis or give advise. I would come back to Paul and Virginie Gran Gaube again as it really did feel like an exclusive / bespoke experience . Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends. Read less
