Last minute I searched for a warm getaway before starting a new job so I could recharge, and this place hit the spot. Great food. Quiet. Clean. Hot. Exactly what I needed. Last minute I searched for a warm getaway before starting a new job so I could recharge, and this place hit the spot. Great food. Quiet. Clean. Hot. Exactly what I needed. While some staff could improve their attitude, work ethic and sense of urgency, that was the exception not the rule. Instead I prefer to give a shout out to those that really made the trip memorable. These humans were next level, and much could be learned by how they go about their day to day work and interaction with customers. Truly incredible and genuine folks: Leslie (seemed he worked everywhere at all times) Benjamin and Stephanique (energetic bartenders with wonderful personalities), Meagan who checked me in and went above and beyond when a guest was causing issues, and Sheryl, an absolute rockstar lady who worked twelve hours a day handing out towels to guests, even helped me with sunscreen, such a genuine and wonderful person, and finally Eileen who ran the heck out of Chickcharnies restaurant. THESE are the people that make one want to come back to a resort, so a giant thank you to all of them! Ps yes there is a gym, not epic but way better than most hotel gyms and enough to get a pump or a sweat :) My only request would be that they don’t have two different music types playing at the same time around the pool, super annoying. And construction jackhammer… I know it needs to be done so it’s never a good time, perhaps during off season? Also the room turnover timing was random and super late (430pm?) Read less

Always someone available to get you whatever you need. I would definitely recommend the Warwick. Some of our favorite staff are Michael, our bartender, Benjamin our pool and beach waiter, and Kendrick and Ian our restaurant waiters. Thank you all for everything. Read less

Had a lovely weeks stay at the Warwick Paradise Island. The food and drink was lovely and is about a 15 min taxi ride from Nassau. The only thing we found was that we were not told about the shuttle to cabbage beach till later in the week and they didn't have any maps of nassau or paradise island. Otherwise a great stay!
