Image of the Tripadvisor rating Not worth the price try Fountaine Bleau

Currently here and it’s disappointing. We booked via Marriott points, it felt very much like we had booked via a third party site like Priceline. No recognition of status, put us on a low floor, terrible view, room feels dated, shower is terrible / no pressure / doesn’t drain. We had just spent 2 nights at Fountaine Bleau, which was amazing and… Read more

No recognition of status, put us on a low floor, terrible view, room feels dated, shower is terrible / no pressure / doesn’t drain. We had just spent 2 nights at Fountaine Bleau, which was amazing and running a deal for $130 per night, while the Aria was averaging $400+ do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Long story short for $400 + a night there should be some major major updating. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating They charge to store your own drink in minibar- this is one step to far.

While I am prepared to spend money at the casino, they charge 25 dollars a day if you store water in the minibar in the room. I understand that this is a 5 star luxury resort, but this is one step to far. I am ok with the 1000 spas, 400 dollar dinners ect, because the price is upfront. Even the resort fee is made clear to you. If you can't afford… Read more

I feel this cheapens the brand and leaves a bad feeling about MGM. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Overpriced. Overrated

The Aria was a major let down. The room felt old and worn, with a broken toilet paper holder, sagging mattress and barely any usable working outlets. Hallway carpet dirty smelly. The Wi-Fi slow. For the price, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. Absolutely not worth it

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Aria Las Vegas during check-in. From the moment we approached the front desk, the staff was dismissive, disrespectful, and hostile. When we asked to speak with a manager, instead of assisting us properly, we were pointed across the lobby and told to go find him ourselves, which already set the tone for poor service. When the manager, Glenn, approached, the situation escalated further. His demeanor was aggressive and unprofessional. He was visibly frustrated, throwing his hands in the air while we were calmly asking for basic information, specifically written confirmation of our room cancellation and refund. This is a standard and reasonable request, especially after traveling and wanting to ensure there are no issues later. When we also asked for his name for reference, his response was completely inappropriate. He told us that because we were “asking questions,” we would not be receiving a refund. This felt retaliatory and deeply unprofessional. At one point, he stated that he “runs the whole show” and threatened to call security, despite the fact that we remained calm and were simply trying to get clarity and documentation. As Black women, the way we were spoken to and treated felt not only disrespectful but unacceptable. No guest should be made to feel intimidated or dismissed for asking reasonable questions. This experience has completely turned me off from Aria and MGM properties as a whole. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating No longer a nice place to stay

The Aria used to be one of the classier places to stay. Not anymore. Apathetic employees, call girl looking women walking around, people dropping f-bombs as you walk past the sports bar and sports book, people smoking outside the casino area and blowing their smoke out with no regard for other people, etc…. Apathetic employees, call girl looking women walking around, people dropping f-bombs as you walk past the sports bar and sports book, people smoking outside the casino area and blowing their smoke out with no regard for other people, etc…. And in the room, there was hair in the sink, the floors were all scuffed up, the controls for the window blinds stopped working. Used to have a more dignified clientele. Now it’s just like all of the other Vegas casino hotels. Looks all glitzy and "glamoury" on the outside, but inside it’s just your typical Vegas sleazy hotel casino. Never going back. Read less
