The hotel

Place has really gone to crap! Check in, room has plastic bags left from previous guests, empty shower gel dispenser, sink that won’t drain, shower that won’t drain, coffee maker with no coffee, iron that wouldn’t even iron and to top it all off they have the nerve to nickel and dime you for WiFi now if you connect more than two devices per room.… Read more

Keep in mind no one mentioned this prior to it showing up on our bill. Overpriced everything here with less “quality”. Room promised wasn’t “available at check in” and they could really care less. Starbucks in lobby is a total ripoff. Paid $50 for two grande drinks and breakfast snacks!!!!! Go elsewhere, avoid at costs! Read less

What a lovely experience I had today meeting Seifer McQueen (wtf whose name is that cool?!) the checkin line was crazy, people were crazy, it is Vegas after all. But despite the crazy he was kind and patient, got me and my mom checked in, even upgraded us! We came to see Alanis Morrisette, loving the experience so far!

Can’t say enough about Seifer McQueen at Caesars! He helped us get checked in and gave us all the places to go and eat! Had a great time exploring his suggestions and made the process super easy for us! He hooked us up with a great room and made our experience that much more special and entertaining!
