The hotel

We had a very good time at Caesars Palace but it could have been better. The check-in process is incredibly difficult and they want to charge you fees just to text you when your room is ready. The facility is massive and the pools are very nice and you can even play Blackjack at a swim up table. Read less

Karen helped us get settled into our room and addressed all the concerns that came with our stay! She was so awesome and friendly and personable!! Amazing stay with gorgeous views overlooking the fountain! Will definitely return :)

Had a great time. Friendly staff. Lots to do. The hotel room was a little dirty. Plus loud family next to us, yelling kids.
