Caesars Palace

The Strip, Las Vegas

Star rating

The hotel

This Las Vegas legend hasn’t outlasted many of its neighbours by accident. Look beyond its decadent glory-of-Rome exterior and you’ll find supremely well-appointed, contemporary rooms and suites without a whiff of white marble overkill. There are few Vegas resorts that can hold a Roman candle to Caesar’s casino and gaming options, while foodies could happily spend days ticking off the relaxed and upscale eateries on offer. Likewise, if retail therapy is on your mind, the resort’s Forum Shops is an opulent mall that’s been dubbed ‘The Shopping Wonder of the World’. And did we mention that Caesar’s Palace continues to host the grandest of grand Vegas performers such as Adele at its 4,000 plus seater Colosseum stadium?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Kiana Made Our Entire Vegas Trip Feel Like Royalty I recently stayed at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Kiana at the front desk. From the moment we walked up (a bit frazzled after a long drive), Kiana turned what could have been a stressful check-in into one of the highlights of our entire vacation. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and an energy that felt refreshing in the middle of the busy casino floor. Right away she could tell we were tired and jumped into action. Not only did she get us checked in lightning-fast, but she also proactively upgraded us to a higher floor with a better view of the Strip — no extra charge. She explained all the resort amenities clearly, recommended the perfect dinner spot that matched our vibe, and gave us some insider tips on shows that actually saved us money. What really stood out was how personal and attentive she was. She remembered our names, asked about our plans for the trip. In a massive property like Caesar's, where things can sometimes feel impersonal, Kiana made us feel like valued guests — like she actually cared that we were having a great time. Her professionalism, positivity, and helpfulness were top-tier. In my opinion, she’s an absolute gem and a credit to the Caesar’s Palace team. If you’re heading to Vegas and happen to interact with Kiana at the front desk, consider yourself lucky. She’s the kind of employee who makes luxury hospitality feel truly special. Thank you, Kiana! You helped make our girls trip unforgettable. Highly recommend Caesar’s Palace — and specifically ask for Kiana if you can! Would stay again in a heartbeat because of experiences like this. — Grateful Guest from Washington! Read less

Room didn’t seem ready. Mini bar was empty until the next day, so it felt like the room was completely turned. No slippers, no robe.

Front Desk Associate, Yenifer P. was very helpful in accommodating our needs. We were there for Crime Con and certain rooms were limited and yet she was able to find a big enough room for us which was closer to the venue. Also, able to find a nearby room for our friend. She is good at her job and should get a bonus!
