We booked this hotel on price and location and wasn’t let down by either
It’s connected to the Hyatt centric basically one hotel so we benefited from a fabulous rooftop bar and a pool

Caption was such a nice surprise!

What a wonderful hotel the Caption by Hyatt was, and so close to Beale St. Its in a really great renovated/repurposed building that showcases the past life of the building in really unique ways. It also had air hockey, ping pong and a pool table for the guest enjoyment, fast elevators, and water and ice stations. They thought of everything!

Even though the breakfast was supposed to be included they charged me 50 bucks for it. Check in was awful, took them 35 min to find my reservation. Avoid this hotel.

The rooms provided a futuristic ambiance. The rooftop restaurant was quite pleasant. The pool was also remarkable. Valet parking was conveniently offered.
