Signature Rooms are newly refurbished, with city or river views, and either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Princess Terrace (authentic Penang delicacies, open for lunch and dinner). Tien Court Restaurant (oriental restaurant, open for lunch and dinner). Connections Lounge (open for drinks and light bites, with live sports, regular music and pool table).

I thought the food was average and your support of people with food allergy was terrible. The coffee machine at breakfast was cheap cold and tasted terrible. Extremely Poor Service – Not Worth the Stay Review: I stayed at this hotel from 17th April 2026 to 20th April (Room No. 704), and it was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. The hotel completely failed on basic hospitality standards. Despite traveling with a baby, even a simple request for milk could not be fulfilled. When we asked for basic Indian food for our child like potato or paneer paratha, the staff outright refused, saying they could not arrange it. This clearly shows a lack of flexibility and concern for guests. Service response was equally poor. When we requested basic cutlery in the room, we were told to either wait 30 minutes or come and collect it ourselves. When my wife went to the restaurant, she was handed disposable cutlery, which is unacceptable and reflects extremely low service standards. To make matters worse, there was no bellboy available, and we had to carry and manage all our luggage ourselves. This is not what anyone expects when staying at a hotel that claims to offer proper service. Overall, the hotel shows zero commitment to guest comfort and hospitality. The staff is unhelpful, the service is slow, and the experience is far below acceptable standards. Good location. Close to lots of restaurants. Well priced. Fairly tired bathroom but bed was very comfortable and air con worked really well.
