An all-studio suite tower slap bang in the middle of The Strip, Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club offers Las Vegas visitors the height of luxury. Our daughter had her knee cut open with shard of glass. Night manager came up, but that’s the only interaction regarding it. It looks like it’s from a syringe, she was very upset and still has small scar. We tried to chase it up eventually got a webmail chat and a case number. So the location is great for the strip Very clean you’ll need a room above 6th floors or you’ll get a crap view !! Or pay $40 extra a night to move up. Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Excellent value for money with no smoking or casino in the hotel which was great. Attached to a shopping centre and has great facilities. Only two downsides were the walls in the rooms are very thin so you can be easily woken up at night if someone in a nearby room is loud/gets in late. Second complaint would be the wait times at the reception desk. On multiple occasions I would see 6/7 staff on the reception desk but only one person actually serving people so would be waiting for 30+ minutes just for a bottle of water. Was quite frustrating when there are clearly staff available to help. Read less

I was advised to call tripadvisor to figure it out as they could not help me. I was given a phone number by the front desk at the Hilton to speak with the manager there who did not answer the phone. The staff at the Hilton would not assist with rebooking and told me to use my phone and go to their website even though I was standing in their lobby. Thankfully, Johnny with tripadvisor was so helpful and I was able to receive a refund. I ended up booking at another hotel. I would not recommend the this Hilton the front desk supervisor Micah was not helpful at all with my situation. Read less

The Staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean, I would love to be a critic for more hotels, this was a great experience and we appreciate the quiet high level floors with a great view. Free Breakfast would be great! There is so much to do, great variety of options for fun and access to shopping!! Love it!!
