The room was small (superior queen), and the elevator was broken during our whole stay (3 nights and there’s only 2 elevators). The gym was very good a very complete. The pool was great… Read more

We spent 6 nights here as part of our trip to New York to see the tennis at the US Open. The hotel was in a great location for coffee shops and restaurants and it was really easy access the Hudson for a morning run and then come back to the room with some lovely breakfast. Chelsea market is near the hotel which contains loads of places to eat/drink and shop. The hotel is also 2 minutes walk to the high line. The hotel is really nice and the staff are very polite. The pool on the roof top is great to visit and enjoy the New York skyline but the price to hire sun beds is extremely expensive, but guests can access the lounging chairs for free. The rooftop is very busy on a weekend. There is also a modern gym. The only negatives were that the hotel doesn’t give you fresh drinking water every day. We also had to ask for a kettle (which was provided) but then we realised we had no cups either! Great hotel in a great location, we were disappointed to leave. Read less
