We recently had a family staycation here, and while it started with a slight hiccup, the hotel team turned it into an absolutely wonderful experience.
​Initially, we were quite dissatisfied with our assigned room. However, when we raised our concerns, the front desk team responded incredibly fast. They listened attentively, handled the situation with total professionalism, and immediately offered us a complimentary room upgrade to ensure we were comfortable.
​The upgraded room was fantastic—exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. My children also had an absolute blast spending hours at the swimming pool, which was beautiful and very well kept.
​What could have been a disappointing trip became a highly memorable staycation, all thanks to the front desk team's quick action and excellent service recovery. We truly appreciated the care they showed our family and would happily return!
