We were only there 2 nights so we opted out of housekeeping for which we were given a bottle of wine... nice touch! Room was average not as expected, shower was small so water was coming very slowly. Water bottles were not provided everyday although I was paying for everyday, only first day and last day of stay water bottles were given.

The rooms and facilities were extremely clean and in good shape. The on-site restaurant had an excellent menu and plenty of food choices for breakfast and dinner. I do recommend having the house potatoes, they were my favorite. This Hyatt will definitely be my top choice when I return to Seattle in the future. Read less

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in ages. Every single staff member was a customer service star. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were wonderful - you can eat at the restaurant or choose to eat Blazing Bagels and espresso drinks in your room. Highly recommend this hotel!
