Don't go with young babes, the hotel doesn't care. We had a crib added to the reservation ahead of time. When we checked in early and the room wasn't ready, we reminded them of the crib. When the room was ready, we called an hour before getting back to the hotel to ask for the crib again and they refused to put it in. Our 10 month old needed to sleep when we arrived at the hotel as he was already overtired. When we got the key they said they'll bring the crib right away. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to get us the crib despite numerous follow-up calls. After an hour, they then lied and tried to blame elevator issues when it was a pack and play that anyone can carry and we were only on the 4th floor. Staff did not care about our needs at all. Lost so much time that we weren't able to get to the aquarium before close and lost our tickets. It was our last day in Seattle. Also, they don't follow safe sleep guidlines for the pack and play. The lady tried to wrap a normal towel around it the "mattress" which is very dangerous. The sheet they had unter the towel also wasn't proper as it didn't have holes to strap the mattress under the pack and play. Be careful! Read less

All of it is a great location. Especially for the Convention Center. Very nice room and pool. The restaurants are good too.

This Hyatt property has nice rooms and facilities. It's in a good location, next to the Convention Center and walking distance to Pike Place. Every one of the staff I have encountered in both my stays here have been exceptional.

I liked each and every aspect of staying in this hotel: - location is great - facility is new, rooms are comfortable - rooms are trully sound-proofs and other guests behaved well - there was an early bird eating option on site with normal, not absurd prices
