My recent visit for Dreamforce was highly satisfactory, characterized by impeccable cleanliness and a prime location. The complimentary morning shuttle to the convention center was a notable convenience. I particularly appreciated the easy accessibility to Pier39 and Ghirardelli Square on foot, and the neighborhood felt quite secure.

A dump hotel/ motel that smelled. Room was old not well maintained at all. The pictures did not reflect anything close to what we experienced once we arrived.

This was the worst customer service experience I've had at any hotel in my life. I tried calling in to customer service and they either didn't pick up after 20+ minutes on hold, or transferred me to other people and the call dropped. This happened over and over again. The staff also gave me conflicting information, telling me that I had to sign a cc authorization form three days before entering the hotel or risk not being able to check in, but another person told me that the form could be signed when checking in. Overall, the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. I will never, ever stay at a Hyatt-related hotel again. There's something wrong with the Fisherman's Wharf location and I feel bad for other customers who fall for the trap that is this place. Read less

Great location, easy reach to Fisherman's Wharf. Staff are friendly. Nice little pool to chill. Location daily USD 35.00 charge seems useless.
