Lovely hotel! Beautiful landscaping! I tagged along on a business trip with my husband and the hotel was great! Housekeeping was nice, too!

I was there for a conference and had a room booked until Friday. I needed up adding another night to stay with my wife who came in on Wednesday. It was a separate reservation for one night. I asked if I could stay in the same room I was currently in, but was told it would cost an additional $160+ since I was in an upgraded room. I decided not to… Read more

I asked if I could stay in the same room I was currently in, but was told it would cost an additional $160+ since I was in an upgraded room. I decided not to stay that night and canceled my reservation. I am a Hyatt reward member and did not deserve having to move from my current room to another room for one night. Female bartender at the lobby bar was not friendly and a bit rude when I try to order another beverage. She didn’t look at me and held up one finger toward me as if telling me to wait. Not please with that type of response. After several minutes, she finally asked me if I wanted another beverage. I did not order another one due to her unfriendly response. Read less

Was advised of the $100 dog fee which I expected and paid separately. Also requested a microwave. Arrived early and the room was not ready. The desk personnel were helpful with some suggestions and did text me when the room was ready. Was in the U building which is the dog friendly rooms. The room was clean and had the requested microwave. The sliding rear door led to an open shared grass area with two dog houses and bags to pick up the dogs waste. Perfect for the early morning and late night bathroom breaks. The only negative about the hotel is the noise. It was in the flight zone and you could hear the airplanes taking off and landing. The freeway was a bit loud and you could hear people in nearby rooms. The hotel is very dog friendly and we took our dogs everywhere except the restaurant. We did sit at a table in the lobby and were served in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Read less

Was here for my daughters wedding and from the moment we checked in, there were nothing but issues. We were issued the wrong room compared to what was written on the key jacket hence causing us not being able to get in the room. The room was dated with no hangers, only one towel hanger to dry your towel, and only a half-shower door which led to massive water buildup on the bathroom floor. After getting the room sorted out and the day after my daughters wedding, an employee in a golf cart hit my car because they were not paying attention. The response from the hotel "manager" was completely unacceptable with no empathy nor apologetic actions. In fact, after telling me they would escaltate the issue, I had to call them the following Monday to follow up. So much for escalation. And they charged me for the parking! Additionally, my daughter's (the bride) room, started leaking from the floor above the day of the wedding as she was getting ready in her suite. Again, the response was not very impressive from the front desk. Overall, I would recommend another hotel that will treat you with professionalism and actually care that you enjoy your stay Read less
