We have stayed at many of the luxury hotels around downtown Vancouver and this was one of the best for sure. great outdoor pool with hot tub and barrel sauna which I loved. The room was really nice and especially the shower was great in the washroom. All the staff were friendly and offered excellent service.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, the location was perfect, very central and convenient to get around. The room and hotel amenities were fantastic, great customer service and very friendly staff.
