Great hotel and wonderful location. All of the little extras (evening beer and wine reception, record players in the room (and records), comfortable amenities, yoga mats). I would definitely stay here again! The front desk agent was very helpful. Great place!

I had a corporate gift certificate which I used to make the reservation. Later the reservation coordinator at the hotel refused to honor the reservation saying the dates were blacked out (after I bough plane tickets) even though I made the reservation with a person directly through Kimpton on the phone and no blackout dates were mentioned. Later the reservation coordinator at the hotel refused to honor the reservation saying the dates were blacked out (after I bough plane tickets) even though I made the reservation with a person directly through Kimpton on the phone and no blackout dates were mentioned. The coordinator Patricia then stopped responding to emails when I requested to know the specific dates that were blacked out. I have stayed at several of the Kimpton hotels which were lovely and have never had an experience like this. Just be aware when booking in case you have a special trip planned! Read less

A real disaster this hotel and the room I got on the 3rd floor was ok but I have candy and fruit in my trash!!! Also, next day the Latin lady super rude didn’t want to order me a cab and she told me I am super busy so I went outside to get it myself. Very poor service so I won’t go back!!! Read less

We had a great time visiting this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and much quieter than I expected. The rooms were also very clean. We appreciated the addition of the Nespresso machine. I would have liked some albums available from people that I had actually heard of.
