Junior Suites are 700 sq ft and have floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious living area, 2 pool lounge chairs reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, and preferred restaurant reservations at Area 31. With 1 king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview One Bedroom Suites are 950 sq ft and have 2 private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, separate living room, chilled bottle of premium bubbles or wine, 2 pool lounge chairs and a cabana reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, preferred restaurant reservations in all Miami Kimpton restaurants, 2 pairs of Samba Sol flip flops, Avant Gallery curated art tour (reservations required), and access to the 29th floor special event experiences in the lounge. The Kimpton Epic was truly epic 😉 their pet policy and pet treatment was great. The location and views were amazing. Any time we needed something, the concierge would send it up to our room. Loved it!

We had some hiccups with our stay and had to change rooms once. The valet takes a little long. The staff were all great though. Location was central and convenient. We booked with the Edit program and the 4pm late check out was very convenient as we had a late flight. I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking to stay in the Downtown area.
