My first time visiting-staying at this location. It is a great resort with many conveniences. Wonderful staff, all very friendly. I would stay again and again.
Mandalay Bay Review

Mandalay Bay was good. A few things that they could clean up but overall acceptable. Food and drinks were good. Room was clean.
Almost no staff! And the staff that is there is disgruntled! Took 2 hours to check in! I gambled at another casino!

They will do anything to keep your money. I gambled at another casino I loss big but glad they didn’t get it. Impersonal place! 2 hours to check in!
Disgruntled staff! I usually don’t care but marijuana smoke everywhere! Elevator keys don’t work… and the staff doesn’t care!
Meh at best

Hotel was good, overall. Room was average. Halls and floors throughout hotel smelled like toilet cleaner. Check-in was not friendly, helpful.
Just ok. Way too many kids!

Came here to celebrate my son and his friends 21st birthdays. Hotel is massive and beautiful. It IS on the far end of the strip, so it’s a walk from the center of all the action.

We wanted a hotel with a nice pool area since that’s where we would be spending our days in the heat. Pool area was huge and packed. We felt the water was way too cold! Also, this resort is a one and done for me. Way way way too many kids. The pool area wasn’t even enjoyable with all the kids running and splashing around. Also felt pool area could be kept cleaner.
Lastly, sooooooo expensive! A small solo cup tropical drink at the pool is $22! Insane! 2 martinis in the lobby bar…$49!
Our sons had a great time otherwise. If you’re looking for a kid friendly hotel option, then this is it. If you’re looking for classier or more adults only, look elsewhere.
