I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood from October 23rd to 28th, 2025, as part of my annual 7 Star retreat, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. As a long-time visitor and player at Caesars properties, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of issues that highlighted the incompetence of the hotel chain. Upon my arrival, I expected the complimentary transportation to the hotel, which is part of the retreat benefits. However, there was no ride waiting for me. After searching for a while and not receiving the customary text notification, I had to take a cab to the hotel. I emailed my host about the situation, and while she replied that she would look into it, I have yet to hear back.During check-in, I confirmed that my reservation was made as part of the 7 Star retreat, but I was initially assigned a standard room with two queen beds, which was not what I had booked. After expressing my concerns, I was upgraded to a king room, but it still fell short of the specific room I had reserved through the app. The situation worsened on Sunday when my girlfriend returned from a morning run and discovered there was no water in our room not even in the shower. I contacted the AI support feature, which informed me of an “emergency water shutdown” with no estimated time for resolution. Given that we needed to leave, my girlfriend had no choice but to shower using bottled water, which was unreasonably expensive. Later that evening, after watching the World Series and Monday Night Football at another Caesars hotel, I returned to my room only to find that my key card didn’t work. I approached the priority line at the front desk, but other guests from the regular line were helped before me. After finally receiving a new key, it also failed to work. I returned to the lobby and when I expressed my frustration, the staff acknowledged the issue and called security to assist. After a lengthy wait (25 minutes), security arrived and managed to open my door with a master key. As I went to enter he reported via his radio that room 1755 was all set. He asked me quickly to come back to the hallway. He pulled the door shut behind me. I was informed that there had been a report of something suspicious in my room, and the manager needed to speak with me. After a 30 minute wait then long back and forth with me telling them I had not idea what they could be referring to, it turned out the item was simply my cigar travel humidor. This experience exemplifies the growing issues within Caesars Entertainment. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of guest concerns is alarming. I found it frustrating that the front desk staff didn’t inform me about the reported issue upon my return and that there was no proactive communication regarding the water shutdown or follow-up after my arrival issues. If this is how 7 Star guests are treated, I can only imagine the experience of those who are not valued. I can't stop asking myself if they thought there was something dangerous why didn't they just go check my room? It seems very dangerous to leave a dangerous item sitting in a hotel for 5 or more hours waiting for me to return. Read less

Stayed at Planet Hollywood for a short October getaway. Check-in was smooth, but the positives ended there. The room was outdated and not well cleaned, with cracked tiles and a broken faucet. Hallways smelled unpleasant and showed signs of neglect. Elevator service was frustrating — only 2 of 6 were working, causing long delays. The only bright spot was a great view of the Sphere from the room. Overall, the property felt rundown and poorly maintained, falling short of expectations for a major Vegas resort. Read less

My mother who is 87 had no accommodations for handicapped people. They had no where for her sit in the lobby while we checked in. They could have cared less of her demise. We asked for a simple chair for her and were told they had none. We called ahead for scooter for her and we guaranteed there would be one here for her only to find out they had… Read more

The restroom in the room had no bars or handicap features. The front desk staff were rude and uncaring! I would not recommend this resort to anyone, nor am I willing to ever book a room there again. My room appeared to have been redone within the past two years. The bed was comfortable and the closet was large. The room cleaning staff did a terrific good. The South Tower had six elevators, but only three were operating. This often meant long delays and elevators reaching floors without space for an additional passenger. Read less
