My stay started off great and quickly went downhill from there. I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from the taxi drop off to the lobby for check-in. The staff were friendly and check-in was pretty quick. I arrived late so went straight to my room which was nice and large. The next morning while trying to shower the water suddenly stopped. No water from the sinks or tub either. There was no warning or notice from the hotel. I called the front desk and an automated system transferred me to housekeeping who informed me they had to turn off all the water for an emergency with no ETA when it would be turned back on. After waiting almost 2 hours, I had to leave to attend a conference. Never got a notice from their automated concierge that the water was back on but it continuously sent me texts about spa services and extending my stay. I kept asking for a status and finally got a response late that afternoon. You have to walk through the smoke-filled casino when going to/from your room to get to the strip or mall. After checking out, I noticed my Caesars reward number was not on my statement that was emailed. I contracted the concierge who informed me it couldn't be added. I've never had a hotel refuse to give me credit for staying since that is incentive to stay again and earn perks. The luggage handlers also like to repeatedly remind you that they work on tips even when giving poor service. Worst stay in Vegas that I've ever experienced and not worth the cost. They don't seem to care about repeat customers. Read less

Cannot recommend this hotel and casino. The shared areas stunk of cigarettes and stale cigars. Could not eat in any of the restaurants in the hotel for this reason. The casino/ hotel was dark and dingy unlike other spots on the strip. The ramp escalators were out of service for our 4 day visit. Not wheelchair assessable.

I’ve stayed at mostly all hotel casinos on center Strip so this trip I chose planet Hollywood because I’ve never stayed there and now I wish I never had. Rooms are terrible. Not clean. Customer service is terrible. Management is terrible. Had a horrible experience, trust me STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The room is decent enough. It has a fridge you can use. The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom. The mattress was great! Nothing felt “nice” though. Decor is a little dated. Furniture is worn. My room wasn’t fully cleaned. The A/C was either too much or too little and made my throat and nose dry while I slept. Also, we had booked a… Read more

Furniture is worn. My room wasn’t fully cleaned. The A/C was either too much or too little and made my throat and nose dry while I slept. Also, we had booked a late check out for 4 pm. We spent all day by the pool, and when we came back to our room to get our stuff, our room keys didn’t work. We had to waste about 30 minutes of time just to go downstairs and get them re activated. Wasn’t very happy about that. For what it’s worth though, the pool staff was absolutely amazing. All the girls were so nice and accommodating. Real hospitality pros! Getting a day bed was the best part of my trip and I’m so glad I did it twice. Read less
