Generally ok, comfy bed etc. However, on the 30th sept we had booked a vow renewal and had planned our day out (breakfast, look at shops in the morning and then get ready prior to our journey to the Little white chapel). Unfortunately the lifts were not working so had to find my way from the opposite ones and when we reached the room found the air conditioning wasn’t working and there was no hot water! We contacted front desk who apologised and said they would refund some of our resort fees. We had to get ready as best as we could and the rest of our stay was ok. On return to the UK I found the fees had NOT been refunded and I’ve had no way to contact the hotel (I’m not phoning, too expensive). Read less

The water was frigid and even though the air temperature was in the 90s it was very uncomfortable. Most of the deck space was taken up by cabanas that the hotel would rent out so the lounges were very sparse. You had to get there before 9 AM in the morning to secure a lounge. The most disappointing result of my trip was my mistake of leaving some clothes behind in the dresser drawer. I realized my error as soon as I got home and notified the hotel within 24 hours. This is handled by lost and found. My clothing wasn’t lost. It was left behind but OK. They claim that the housekeeping staff bags it and brings it to lost and found so I was confident it would be located right away, and I could pay for the mailing back home. However, that’s not the case, three weeks later, my items still have not turned up and they consider them lost. My conclusion is there either taken or their process is very flawed. No one in management is following up with me other than a canned email. I will never go to planet Hollywood and do not recommend staying there because of the pool area. My clothing issues is my fault but they should have a better process in place. Read less

Overall we had a great stay at Planet Hollywood. Fantastic location and lovely staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large, however needed some TLC (outdated and some stains on the walls and carpet). The pool area was awesome and a great vibe. Would recommend if you’re wanting to visit Vegas and now blow the bank! As tourists,… Read more

Prime rib was the WORSE I ever had in my 67 years. I couldn't cut it it was so tough. Asked and recieved another slice which was no better. I asked for manager and he said he had received other complaints. No offer of a different food choice or taking the TERRIBLE PRIME RIB off the bill so I asked. He blew me off and left. I lost $$$ in the Casino and restaurant. Read less
