I was enjoying the hotel so much! I wish to say Kean from the front desk doing a remarkable job! Very nice, very friendly, very polite and professional! He pays attention to little details! I am impressed with his job! I had a great time!

This Hotel needs new smoke detectors, and management. They are faulty and gave false positives. My wife and I stayed with our daughter in a room for two nights. I see my final bill and it says $653 for "smoking charges". I have asthma, and we have a child in the room, no one smoked. I tried speaking to management and they said that its a "Sensor… Read more
This Hotel needs new smoke detectors, and management. They are faulty and gave false positives. My wife and I stayed with our daughter in a room for two nights. I see my final bill and it says $653 for "smoking charges". I have asthma, and we have a child in the room, no one smoked. I tried speaking to management and they said that its a "Sensor that detects even a little bit of smoke" and that it "Kept going off but we only charged you for one..." At this point my frustration starts to come out and I request that log (Which she didn't have). That's more than what i paid to book the hotel initially. Now I'm struggling to pay for my daughters school trip in the fall. I'm not happy. My next steps are finding other reviews like mine and filing a class action suit. Read less

The hallways were neglected, the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were old and poorly maintained. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. The pool area wasn’t cleaned for two days; the same trash, chips, and food bags sat there the whole time. Just imagine how the pool water was… And to top it all off, when we asked to speak with the manager—surprise! He was also on vacation for the holiday weekend, during the hotel’s busiest days. Great timing, right? Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this hotel chain again. Read less

Stayed one night - lobby area is very nice, clean. Staff is super friendly. Our room was average - a little overpriced for what you get. We really only had one issue and it was not a small one. The a/c blew warm air. Even when we set the thermostat to 60 it still blew warm air. We are talking 100 degree weather in the desert - we need a/c. I… Read more
Stayed one night - lobby area is very nice, clean. Staff is super friendly. Our room was average - a little overpriced for what you get. We really only had one issue and it was not a small one. The a/c blew warm air. Even when we set the thermostat to 60 it still blew warm air. We are talking 100 degree weather in the desert - we need a/c. I attempted to call the front desk to address the problem but their phones don't work..... I had to walk down to the front desk (in my pajamas) to try to get this issue resolved. I should preface this with the fact that I had been up for 23 hours with traveling and such so I really just wanted to go to sleep. No one seemed shocked that the a/c or phones didn't work. They sent an engineer up to the room but he said everything was fine. We decided to shut the unit off and turn it back on (the old reboot) and it blew cool air! That only lasted for a couple of hours bc we all woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Upon check out I notified the staff again of this issue and again no one seemed surprised. They know the phones don't work and they know the a/c's need replacing. That was a bit frustrating. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience and they obliged. Moral of the story, stay somewhere else. Read less

Best place to stay for splash. Pool is huge, rooms are amazing and vibe is vibing. Would stay again for sure. You won’t regret it
