Whether an attendee in sessions held at the hotel/convention center or for the past 4 years as a guest of the hotel, this is truly a wonderful Renaissance. This year, before heading to the hotel, I contacted the Renaissance and asked if they would be able to do anything special to surprise my sister for her birthday. Without hesitation, Gordie (concierge) elevated the experience by providing champagne, a personalized birthday card, and decor to surprise my sister upon her arrival in her room. Additionally, he checked in with us and asked if there was anything else he can do to continue to make the experience special. THANK YOU Gordie!
