We stayed in June last summer. The room during the day got hot. We booked thinking the kids could play in the pool. NOPE they close the pool down early instead of letting the family’s swim when it’s a little cooler. Everything else was ok. Rooms are a little out dated but clean and quiet. Just warm during to day.

The longest lines at 11 PM, lack of staffing to check in. Supervisors don’t even pick up their phones to address lack of staffing.

Parking in the garage was a chore as it fills up pretty fast. I did notice that some employees were parking in the garage which made it harder for us to find a spot. They should not allow the employees to take spots away from the guests. The hotel and casino was nice and clean, and our room was recently remodeled. I did not know that we had to ask… Read more
Parking in the garage was a chore as it fills up pretty fast. I did notice that some employees were parking in the garage which made it harder for us to find a spot. They should not allow the employees to take spots away from the guests. The hotel and casino was nice and clean, and our room was recently remodeled. I did not know that we had to ask for a room attendant to come in daily and clean and replenish the towels and supplies. They should have told us that at the front desk when we checked in. The property is located at the end of the strip so it can be time consuming to figure out a way to get to the center of the strip where a lot of the tourist attractions are. The pool was nice but small, but they do have large tv screens on one side of the pool. That was good for sports watching. The Starbucks in the lobby is ridiculously overpriced. $1.25 for a glass of water even though we bought over $40 in beverages and food. They don't have coffee pots in the room, so you are kind of at their mercy for morning coffee. My biggest complaint was the front desk personnel. They had a hard time figuring out my room charges when we checked out. It took about 30 minutes which is ridiculous. Read less
