Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the States, firstly check in is a scam they try upsell you a higher room and really talk down the booked room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the States, firstly check in is a scam they try upsell you a higher room and really talk down the booked room. Lifts are ridiculous they have a queue all day everyday as they are so slow and not enough for the guest ratio. The pool is only open 10-5 so there is no outside area to sit out in throughout the day, security around the pool? They stomp around being rude and aggressive to everyone if you do not get there by 10am you won’t get a sunbed and they reserve over half the outside pool area and expect you to pay to use the reserved areas even though they are empty all day. Awful customer service I asked for a towel and was told they have a towel shortage by the rude security guy! The other pool is closed we were here for a week and it was closed all week it’s hot in vegas and cannot even enjoy the sun outside. I witnessed the rude security running over to shout at two elderly ladies playing cards around the pool?! Clearly have nothing better to do! Rooms were not cleaned everyday housekeeping is slow had to call 7 times to get clean towels! No slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The worst bit of the stay was the staff every single staff member is vile they are rude and unprofessional no one smiles says hello or is helpful never experienced this in America. There are much better places to stay in Vegas do not stay here I would not recommend it at all. Also requested late check out and they said no even though hotel is empty and rooms online are £50 shocking service! Read less

Room has long couch which is unsuable because it was design to look nice not be comfortable. Walking from parking to room takes 10-15 minutes depends on elevators. Shower gives random temperature of the water. One of the worst hotel I have been and I am a freuquent traveler. On photo a Line for a private pool party the Day pool was closed to guests. Read less

I am currently staying at the Sahara, 28th March the rooftop pool is currently closed and the main pool is full of towels being put down at 10am so you cannot use a pool or sunbath if you stay here. Staff are rude the front desk is really unhelpful, on check in they give a hard sell on a upgrade room and are rude when it’s declined. Lifts are… Read more

Staff are rude the front desk is really unhelpful, on check in they give a hard sell on a upgrade room and are rude when it’s declined. Lifts are ridiculous there are people queuing all day everyday as there are not enough for the amount of guests. The city tax is overly expensive as is the deposit. There is nothing to say the other pool is closed anywhere so unless you want to pay for a cabana just to use the outside area book elsewhere! Read less

The SAHARA is located on the north end of the Las Vegas strip. Which in my opinion is a downside because there is not that much transportation. But the overall atmosphere is good. The rooms were very clean and had some very comfy beds. Low noise was a plus. The only main minuses were that the service was very bad and long. And the elevators barely… Read more

5 day visit, 2 days with no housekeeping. I had to call for fresh towels to be brought to the room, but the dirty ones just piled up on the floor. When I complained, they did remove my resort fees for those day, but I requested it, they didn't volunteer it. The pool area for hotel guests was dirty and unstaffed. When I complained, they did remove my resort fees for those day, but I requested it, they didn't volunteer it. The pool area for hotel guests was dirty and unstaffed. Very little sun reached the pool, so the water was too cold to stay in- if you were able to even get in. Read less
