Great location adjacent to indoor mall and mbta station and close to back bay express to airport. The Sheraton lounge is very decent, although the wine in the machines is very overpriced. The renovations were done masterfully. The rooms felt brand new, with simple, clean furniture and decorations that were subtly elegant. The bathroom was small but very inviting and sparkled. The lobby was also beautiful with lots of space for sitting down and relaxing. There were also places where you could sit down and do some quick work on your laptop. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a nice shopping mall and a large convention center connected to it. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, too. My only problem was with the pillows. They're weirdly squishy and not supportive. Read less

Please do read reviews before going!!! I made the mistake of letting my husband handle this particular trip and he does not read reviews before. I immediately knew we were in trouble when I arrived heard the level of noise and read the reviews. Please stay away if you want a quiet stay. Rooms have absolutely no buffer from kids running around in corridors. We have been unable to rest at all. When I went down to see if we could cancel the stay I was not even asked why I wanted to leave. I guess that says a lot. Read less

This is a convention center hotel attached to the Prudential center in Boston which gives you easy access to dining, shopping and entertainment. Outside of the location, the hotel offers nothing else. For the stay, it is extremely overpriced, loud and uncomfortable. WiFi is purchase only, internet TV doesn’t load and the beds and pillows are catastrophically uncomfortable. Literally, all I was paying for at this hotel was a place to sleep, and that was miserable. The beds are old and soft, and the pillows can’t even be described as pillows. Every night I hoped morning would come quickly so I could get out of the bed, even though I was exhausted. Outside of the bed, the room only offers an odd bench (no throw pillows or extra blankets) and a cushioned dining chair. You can see out into the hallway around the door frame, and you can hear everything. I went to the front desk to let them know how uncomfortable I was. I asked for different pillows at 7:50pm, and after calling down 3 additional times, they brought new pillows to my room at 11:47 pm, an hour after I had gone to bed. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sleep, this isn’t your hotel. Attending a conference at this hotel is almost license for them to not do anything to improve your stay, because the conference location takes precedence over the hotel stay. I would suggest staying elsewhere, even if you are attending a conference, as there are other properties attached to the prudential center. I travel regularly, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. Read less

However in the Club lounge, my experience with one of the staff worker by the name of “Marie” was horrible. She was very rude to me, she didn’t acknowledge my concerns as she turned her back to me and screamed out at me. Obviously, as an Ambassador I stay over 100 nights a year with Marriott’s Brand, and this has been the first time I have ever been made to feel so badly. After she was so rude to me, I sat and watch her encounter with other guests, strangely enough she was overly nice to all of the other guest. I was confused. Marie is a black American lady and so am I. I was 1 of 2 black guests in the lounge. I’m not sure if they had anything to do with how she treated me however, with the amount of money that I spend in Marriott hotels, I expect to be treated as well as the other guest. This was unfair to me and very disheartening. This happened on 5/27/2026 Read less
