Great boutique hotel in a fantastic central location, a few steps from Yonge Street and the upscale shopping district. Very helpful staff (they couldn’t have been more obliging), great service in the - very cool - bar, excellent cocktails. Generally very cool, eclectic and buzzing hotel!

Junior suite not up to par, not a good value. Smell of swamp gas near the toilet; sink in the closet across the entry way. Room is tight and poorly laid out with weird staging and the bed not comfortable. Hotel is now understaffed and lacking competence compared to previous visit. Needs more front door staff and valet if you are driving as Charles St is a prime location for parking tickets. There is also a junky and smelly Chinese restaurant next door with multiple garbage bins which brings down the tone and experience of the entry. Hotel has apartment residents who smoke close to the entry with no staff to point out this illegality. Not value for money as with taxes this was over $500 night for a mid mid experience at best. We stayed in the master suite previously and that was a decent experience but probably no longer worth the extra cost. Read less

Hotel was amazing, quality of the room and service was exceptional. Should have taken the name of the young lady who was looking after the bar who provided exceptional friendly service. Lobby staff were great as well.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our weekday visit to the ROM. It is also located close to a subway station so that it is easy to get to the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium which we also visited on this trip. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and swanky. It is also located close to a subway station so that it is easy to get to the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium which we also visited on this trip. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and swanky. The rooms are very clean and curated. It was not at all noisy although they did provide ear plugs if needed. The service at the front desk and for breakfast was efficient and friendly. This hotel was everything and more than what is advertised on their site. A hidden gem that we didn't know about on previous visits to TO. 10/10 would visit again! Read less

We loved our stay at the Anndore House. The hotel is spotless. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, well planned out with a mix of industrial design and warm inviting colours. The bed was very comfortable and the windows have black out blinds. We didn't hear any street noise but we sleep with a portable fan. The breakfast service in the restaurant was a tad slow. Overall a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Read less
