The Roxy Hotel Tribeca is located on the border of SoHo and TriBeCa, two of downtown’s most affluent residential neighbourhoods, where cobblestone streets and historic cast iron buildings give way to the most exclusive boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. The Hotel’s triangular shape gives the property its inimitability, most evident in its interior’s soaring eight-story atrium. The expansive Church Lounge with low-lying furniture is an ideal place to lounge, meet, or work by day and the perfect place for cocktails with friends at night, and nightly shows at the Django cellar club, as well as the art deco cinema, are sure to keep you entertained.

We recently stayed at The Roxy and had an unforgettable experience. Zillah and Colman were at the front desk who greeted us with calmness, warm smiles and glasses of champagne for us upon arrival - as Zillah could tell we were very stressed from a rough travel day. My daughter and I knew at check in that we chose the right place for our NYC stay. The true gem in this initial and each following encounter was Derek A. His awesome personality and kindness are some of the reasons we will absolutely return to The Roxy and further recommend staying at The Roxy to our friends and family. Derek took the time and went out of his way multiple times throughout our stay to make us feel truly special and appreciated. He is the heart and soul of The Roxy. Hopefully we will return again soon and have another magical experience. Thank you

I love this hotel for so many reasons, but the staff is what truly makes it special. Especially Zillah, who always goes above and beyond to make this hotel a home away from home. Love this place, couldn’t recommend it more!

The hotel was perfectly located and Zillah at the front desk made the check in so easy after a long flight! She was a breath of fresh air and the best start for a trip to NYC.

We’ve stayed at The Roxy Hotel New York many times now, and it has quickly become our go-to hotel in NYC, largely because of the exceptional service led by Colette Ault.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The location is ideal, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the design that truly sets it apart is the stylized rooms, curated artwork, and record players with vinyl in every room, creating a unique and memorable experience. The restaurant is also excellent, with some of the best espresso martinis in the city.
That said, what really keeps us coming back is the staff. Colette and the entire front desk and bell team consistently go above and beyond. Colette is incredibly personable, attentive, and proactive, whether it’s helping with restaurant reservations, coordinating parking and bell services, or making sure we have every comfort covered in our room. We’re often greeted with a glass of Champagne at check-in, which sets the tone immediately and makes every stay feel elevated from the moment we arrive.
One of the most memorable touches was a surprise goodie bag for our dog, complete with bowls, treats, and even a fluffy dog bed. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and speaks volumes about the level of care here.
I don’t often take the time to write reviews, especially for hotels, as my standards are high, but the consistency of service from Colette and the team makes this an easy recommendation. The pricing is also surprisingly competitive given the level of service and experience. The Roxy has truly become our first choice in New York City.
